کاهش آلودگی های زیست محیطی ناشی از فرآیند تولید کک زغال توسط سیستمcdq

محیط زیست مجموعه ای بسیار عظیم و در هم پیچیده ای از اجزا و عوامل فعال گوناگونی است که بر اثر یک روند و تکامل تدریجی موجودات زنده و اجزای سازنده سطح زمین شکل گرفته است. این مجموعه که از آب، هوا، انرژی، حیات زیستی و ... تشکیل شده است، طبیعت و کلیه موجودات زنده را در برگرفته، بر فعالیت های انسان تاثیر گذاشته و در ضمن از آنها متاثر می شود. نگرشی گذرا بر وضعیت محیط زیست جهان در دو دهه گذشته نشان می دهد که نه فقط اثرات مخرب انسانی بر محیط زیست کاهش نیافته بلکه با افزایش فعالیت کارخانه های صنعتی و فرآوری مواد معدنی مسائل حاد و بغرنج جدیدی مانند آلودگی شدید هوا، آلودگی آب های زیرزمینی،کاهش تنوع زیستی و ... بروز نموده و باعث به خطر افتادن سلامت محیط زیست شده است. کارخانه های تولید کک از زغالسنگ یکی از عوامل تولید آلودگی هوا و آب های زیرزمینی هستند که اگر این آلودگی ها کنترل نشوند باعث خسارات بسیار جدی به محیط زیست می شود. یکی از بهترین روش ها برای کنترل و کاهش چشمگیر آلودگی های ناشی از تولید کک از زغالسنگ استفاده از سیستم خاموش کننده خشک کک (cdq) است که امروزه در کشور های پیشرفته صنعتی استفاده از این سیستم برای رفع آلودگی ها رواج یافته است. در این پژوهش سعی می شود ضمن پرداختن به فرآیند تولید کک زغال و ایجاد انواع آلودگی ها به نحوه کار سیستم خاموش کننده خشک کک (cdq) برای رفع آلودگی ها پرداخته شود.
