ارزیابی سطح آمادگی فناوری تا نوآوری تجاری ­سازی در پروژه ­های معدنی

امروزه تمرکزی قابل‌ توجه در زمینه تجاری‌سازی نتایج تحقیقات و نوآوری‌های انجام‌ شده توسط مراکز تحقیقاتی و شرکت‌های‌ دانش‌ بنیان در سطح دنیا و از جمله ایران در صنایع مختلف به‌وجود آمده است و کلید واژه مدیریت فناوری هرچه بیشتر به‌ منظور سرمایه‌آفرینی از فعالیت‌های پژوهشی و کاهش ریسک عملکردی، زمانبندی و سرمایه‌گذاری در توسعه محصولات با فناوری بالا مورد توجه قرار گرفته است، لذا بهره‌گیری از ابزاری مناسب، نقش اساسی در تصمیم‌گیری و کاهش ریسک در مرحله تزریق مالی به ‌منظور تجاری‌سازی دستاوردهای تحقیق، و توسعه و نوآوری ایفا می‌کند. بنابراین هدف از اندازه­گیری سطح بلوغ یک فناوری trl، تعیین این مطلب است که فناوری تا چه حد می­تواند انتظارات یک سامانه را برآورده سازد به گونه­ای که سامانه یا فرایند در محیط عملیاتی بتواند با موفقیت ماموریت­های محوله را انجام دهد. همچنین سطح آمادگی نوآوریcrl ، ابزاری برای ارزیابی سطح بلوغ فرآیند یک نوآوری در یک کسب و کار با تحلیل ابعاد مختلف آن می­باشد. هدف از انجام این پژوهش ارزیابی سطوح آمادگی فناوری تا نوآوری تجاری­سازی در پروژه ­های معدنی می­باشد. برای این منظور سطح آمادگی فناوری تا تجاری­سازی پیچ­ سنگ­های تمام تزریقی جهت استفاده در معادن زغال­سنگ طبس بررسی خواهد شد. در فاز تحقیقات پایه فناوری، ظرفیت باربری پنج نوع پروفیل مختلف پیچ­سنگ توسط نرم افزار آنسیس مدل­سازی شده و پروفیل­های منتخب توسط نرم افزار flac در معدن زغال سنگ طبس اعتبار سنجی می­شونند. بعد از انجام مطالعات پایه و تئوری، سطوح آمادگی فناوری و تجاری­سازی پروژه پیچ­سنگ­های تمام تزریقی به ترتیب 9=trl و 3crl= و همچنین میانگین امتیازات هفت بعد مختلف آمادگی جهت ورود به بازار 60 درصد محاسبه شده است.

today, there is a significant focus on commercialization of research results and innovations made by research centers and knowledge-based companies around the world, including iran in various industries, and the keyword technology management to invest more in research activities and reduce operational risk, timing and investment in the development of high-tech products have been considered, so the use of tools plays a key role in decision-making and risk reduction in the financial injection phase in order to commercialize research achievements, and development and innovation. therefore, the purpose of measuring the maturity level of a trl technology is to determine the extent to which the technology can meet the expectations of a system so that the system or process in the operating environment can successfully perform the assigned missions. the crl innovation readiness level is also a tool for assessing the level of maturity of an innovation process in a business by analyzing its various dimensions. this study evaluates the technological readiness level to commercialization innovation in mining projects. for this purpose, the trl to crl of fully grouted rock bolt for tabas coal mines will be examined. in the basic technology research phase, the bearing capacity of five different screw profiles is modeled by ansys software and the selected profiles are validated by flac software in tabas coal mine. after conducting basic and theoretical studies, the trl and crl of the fully grouted rock bolt are calculated as trl = 9 and crl = 3, respectively, as well as the average scores of the seven different dimensions of market readiness of 60%.
