جانمایی و طراحی سیستم روشنایی تونل مادر معدن زغال طزره با نرم‎افزار dialux

در معادن زیرزمینی روشنایی با استفاده از نور مصنوعی تامین می گردد. علاوه بر شب، روزها نیز در قسمت‌های مختلف معدن زیرزمینی روشنایی لازم است. به‌موجب افزایش بهره بری مفید کار و بهبود عملکرد کارکنان معادن زیرزمینی، روشنایی جایگاه ویژه ای دارد که در پی آن طراحی و انتخاب سیستم مناسب روشنایی نقش به سزایی دارد. این امر بایستی بر اساس شرایط محیط معدنکاری و استانداردها انجام شود تا در علاوه بر بهبود کیفیت معدنکاری،سودمند نیز باشد. تونل مادر معدن زغال طزره، تونل اصلی باربری معدن است که نیازمند سیستم روشنایی است. به‌منظور این تحقیق، با استفاده از اطلاعات جمع‌آوری‌شده از تونل، باز طراحی مجدد و جانمایی را با نرم افزار dialux انجام داده‌شده است. طبق نتایج به‌دست‌آمده ولتاژ مصرفی، تعداد لامپ، نوع لامپ، جانمایی لامپ ها و ... محاسبه‌شده است. با توجه به اینکه تونل معدن زغال است با تغییر در مواد و رنگ دیواره‌های تونل و.... برای بهبود سیستم روشنایی، پیشنهاد‌هایی نیز ارائه‌شده است.

in underground mines, lighting is provided using artificial light. in addition to night, daytime lighting is required in various parts of the underground mine. due to the increase in useful work efficiency and improving the performance of underground mine staff, lighting has a special place, followed by the design and selection of a suitable lighting system plays an important role. this should be done in accordance with the conditions of the mining environment and standards, in addition to improving the quality of mining, it is also beneficial. the mother tunnel of the tazareh coal mine is the main cargo tunnel of the mine, which requires a lighting system. for this study, using the information collected from the tunnel, redesign and location were performed with dialux software. according to the results, the consumption voltage, number of lamps, type of lamp, location of lamps, etc. have been calculated. due to the fact that the tunnel is a coal mine, suggestions have been made to improve the lighting system by changing the materials and colors of the tunnel walls, etc.
