ارتقای کیفیت و توان رقابت‌پذیری زغال‎سنگ مبتنی بر اصلاح روش‎های استخراج و فرآوری زغال‎سنگ

زغال‎سنگ، قربانی نفت و گاز، این ماده معدنی باارزش که طی سالیان زیاد در صنایع متعدد مورداستفاده می‎گیرد و عمده استفاده از زغال‎سنگ، مصرف آن در تولید فولاد کارخانه ذوب‌آهن است. ایران دارای ذخایر عظیمی از زغال سنگ کک‎شو است که به دلیل ویژگی منحصربه‌فرد کک، فولادسازان را بیشتر جذب این نوع زغال سنگ کرده است. کیفیت کنسانتره زغال‎سنگ تعیین‌کننده کیفیت کک تولیدی، بازدهی کوره بلند و درنتیجه هزینه تمام‌شده فولادسازی است. طبق درجه بلوغ زغال‎سنگ، کیفیت زغال‎سنگ نیز تغییر می کند و این عامل در کیفیت غیرقابل‌کنترل است اما عواملی قابل‌کنترل دیگر به‌مانند درصد گوگرد و خاکستر طی فرآیندهای استخراج و فرآوری وجود دارد. زغال سنگ منطقه البرز علی‌رغم کک دهی مطلوب خاکستر نسبتاً بالایی دارد همچنین درصد گوگرد آن نیز بالای 3/1 است که برآورده شده است اگر به این میزان تغییر کند ارزش قیمتی آن تا 50 در صد افزایش می یابد. در این پژوهش ابتدا معرقی زغال‌سنگ البرز پرداخته‌شده و جهت بهبودی در کیفیت کنسانتره زغال سنگ راهکارهایی درروش استخراج و زغال شویی ارائه‌شده است. فرآیندهای سنتی در استخراج و فرآوری زغال سنگ امکان حذف گوگرد و خاکستر را ندارد که با زغال سنگ های وارداتی قابل‌رقابت باشد پس با اصلاح این روش ها به هدف می توان رسید.

coal, the victim of oil and gas, is a valuable mineral that has been used in many industries for many years, and the main use of coal is in the production of steel at the steel plant. iran has huge reserves of coking coal, which due to the unique properties of coke, has attracted more steelmakers to this type of coal. the quality of coal concentrate determines the quality of the coke produced, the efficiency of the blast furnace and, consequently, the cost of steelmaking. depending on the degree of maturity of the coal, the quality of the coal also changes and this factor is uncontrollable in quality, but there are other controllable factors such as the percentage of sulfur and ash during the extraction and processing processes. alborz coal has a relatively high ash content despite good coking. also, its sulfur content is above 1.3, which is estimated that if it changes to this extent, its price will increase by 50%. in this research, first alborz coal mosaic is studied and in order to improve the quality of coal concentrate, solutions in extraction and coal washing methods are presented. traditional processes in coal mining and processing do not allow the removal of sulfur and ash that are competitive with imported coal, so by modifying these methods the goal can be achieved.
