شناسایی خطرات، بررسی و طبقه بندی عوامل انسانی در معادن زغالسنگ زیر زمینی

حوادث، موجب بروز خسارات و آسیبهای انسانی، اجتماعی و صنعتی جدی می شوند که این امر از طریق کاهش راندمان کاری، تاثیر معنی داری بر بهره وری و تولید خواهد داشت و نکته مهمتر، اثرات سوء اجتماعی و به تبع آن اثرات روانی حاصله بر روی نیروی کار می باشد. معادن و صنایع ممکن است در نتیجه حادثه صدمه ببیند و منجر به برهم خوردن نظم و اختلال در تولید شود، حتی اگر به آسیب بدنی منجر نگردد. مطالعه و بررسی خطرات، شناسایی عوامل ایجاد کننده خطرات، مهمترین اقدام پیشگیرانه، جهت کاهش حوادث ناشی از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است. لذا در این مقاله با بررسی حوادث و خطرات و انواع ارزیابی ریسک انجام شده در معادن زغالسنگ زیر زمینی کشور مخصوصا معادن مرتبط با شرکت صنعتی و معدنی شمال شرق شاهرود و شرکت معادن زغالسنگ البرز شرقی نسبت به طبقه بندی خطرات در 8 گروه و 77 زیر گروه طبقه بندی شد. عوامل انسانی در معادن زغالسنگ زیر زمینی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتیجه طبقه عوامل انسانی در 6 گروه و 93 زیر گروه صورت گرفت. ارزیابی ریسک خطرات شناسایی شده و همچنین اهمیت و تاثیر هر یک از گروه ها و زیر گروه های عوامل انسانی بر خطرات موجود در معادن زغالسنگ زیر زمینی نیاز به تحقیق بیشتر دارد.
