ارزیابی ریسک و آنالیز حوادث ناشی از استخراج معادن زغال­سنگ ایران طی دوره زمانی 10 ساله 1388 - 1397

معدن بی تردید یکی از منابع مادر و بسیار مهم هر کشوری به شمار می­آید. هر چند ممکن است، سهم معادن در تولید ناخالصی ملی به ظاهر اندک باشد، اما رونق آن در افزایش میزان تولید صنایع دیگر تاثیر فراوان دارد و بسیاری از این صنایع بدان وابسته ­اند. به همین جهت توجه خاص به معادن، تاثیر قابل ملاحظه بر وضعیت اقتصادی کشور ما می­گذارد. در ایران این موضوع اهیمت دو چندان دارد زیرا رونق معادن اقتصاد کشور را از حالت تک محصول ( وابستگی به نفت ) بودن نیز خارج می­کند. نیروی انسانی به عنوان سرمایه ­ای ارزشمند در مسیر توسعه اقتصادی کشور تلقی می­گردد. تامین و حفظ سلامت کارگران که قشر عظیمی از جامعه را تشکیل می­دهد، علاوه بر اینکه یک وظیفه انسانی است، نقش کلیدی در حفظ و افزایش نیروی کاری و ازدیاد سرمایه ملی است. این در حالی است که همه ساله تعداد زیادی از کارگران به علت حوادث مختلف محیط کاری، جان خود را از دست داده و یا دچار آسیب دیدگی­های جدی می­شوند. در این مقاله به بررسی شناسایی مخاطرات، تجزیه و تحلیل، ارزیابی ریسک و همچنین آنالیز حساسیت حوادث ناشی از استخراج معادن زغال­سنگ ایران در طی دوره 10 ساله از سال 1388 لغایت 1397 پرداخته شده است. نتایج نشان می­دهد که در طول دوره ده ساله، تعداد 466 نفر از کارگران در معادن ایران و تعداد 120 نفر در معادن زغال­سنگ ایران، جان خود را از دست داده­اند (% 7/25 فوت شدگان معادن ایران) که بطور میانگین به ترتیب 6/46 و 12 نفر در هر سال می­باشد. متاسفانه در معادن زغال­سنگ از سال 1388 لغایت 1397 به صورت میانگین هر ماه یک نفر فوت نموده است.

risk assessment and analysis of accidents caused by iran's coal mining over a period of 10 years 1388 - 1397

mining is undoubtedly one of the mother and very important resources of any country. although the share of mines in gdp may seem small, its prosperity has a significant effect on increasing the output of other industries, and many of these industries depend on it. therefore, special attention to mines has a significant impact on the economic situation of our country. in iran, this issue is doubly important because the prosperity of the country s mines also takes the country out of being a single product (dependence on oil). manpower is considered as a valuable asset in the path of economic development of the country. providing and maintaining the health of workers, who constitute a large segment of society, in addition to being a human duty, plays a key role in maintaining and increasing the workforce and increasing national capital. this is while every year a large number of workers lose their lives or suffer serious injuries due to various accidents in the workplace. in this article, hazard identification, analysis, risk assessment and also sensitivity analysis of accidents caused by mining in iranian coal mines during a 10-year period from 1387 to 1397 have been studied. the results show that during the ten-year period, 466 workers lost their lives in iran s mines, and 120 people lost their lives in coal mines, (25.7% of deaths in iran s mines) which averages 46.6 and 12 people per year, respectively. unfortunately, in coal mines from 2009 to 1397, an average of one person has died every month.
