محصولات جانبی معادن زغال‌سنگ و کاربردهای زیست‌سازگار آنها در راستای اهداف توسعه پایدار معدنی

یکی از مهم‌ترین مسائل در توسعه پایدار معدنی، تولید محصولات زیست‌سازگاری است که دارای سود اقتصادی نیز باشند. در سال‌های اخیر، به دلیل محدودیت‌های قانونی حاصل از تعهدنامه‌های بین‌المللی مرتبط با اهداف توسعه پایدار، فعالیت معادن زغال‌سنگ در مقیاس جهانی رو به کاهش نهاده است. از سوی دیگر، نیاز صنایع سنگین به مواد اولیه حاصل از معادن زغال‌سنگ، موجب شده است که کارشناسان رهیافت‌های نوینی ارائه دهند. استفاده غیرمستقیم از زغال‌سنگ و بکارگیری محصولات جانبی آن در سایر صنایع راهبردی، از جمله موارد مهمی است که تاکنون مورد توجه پژوهشگران نبوده است. گسترش استفاده روزافزون از محصولات جانبی زغال‌سنگ، باعث شده است که بتوان شاهد توسعه صنعت زغال‌سنگ در طول سال‌های اخیر بود. در این پژوهش، محصولات جانبی معادن زغال‌سنگ و کاربردهای وسیع آنها در واحدهای صنعتی مختلف معرفی شده و به محصولات زیست‌سازگار حاصل از این ماده معدنی اشاره می‌شود. تولید متان، کودهای بر پایه زغال‌سنگ، فیلترهای زیستی، قطران و سوخت هواپیما، از جمله مهم‌ترین کاربردهای زغال‌سنگ هستند. همچنین می‌توان به تولید سوخت مایع، استخراج فلزات، تولید سیلیکون و کربن فعال اشاره نمود.

by-products of coal mines and their biocompatible applications in line with the goals of sustainable development of mining

one of the most important issues in sustainable mineral development is the production of biocompatibility products that also have economic benefits. in recent years, global coal mining activity has been declining on a global scale due to legal constraints arising from international commitments related to the sustainable development goals. on the other hand, the need of heavy industry for raw materials from coal mines has led experts to offer new approaches. the indirect use of coal and the use of its by-products in other strategic industries are among the important issues that have not been considered by researchers so far. the growing use of coal by-products has led to the development of the coal industry in recent years. in this research, by-products of coal mines and their wide applications in various industrial units are introduced and biocompatible products obtained from this mineral are mentioned. methane production, coal-based fertilizers, biofilters, tar and jet fuel are among the most important uses of coal. we can also mention the production of liquid fuels, metal extraction, production of silicon and activated carbon.
