تبیین راهکارهای مبارزه با مفاسد اقتصادی بر اساس آموزه‌های قرآنی و روایی 'با رویکردی بر بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب اسلامی'

مبارزه با مفاسد اقتصادی یکی از مهم‌ترین دستورات دینی به مسلمانان است. با توجه به آن‌که بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب اسلامی منبعث و متاثر از تعالیم الهی است بنابراین بر اساس همین دستور یکی از اصلی ترین محورهای این بیانیه به این مهم اختصاص یافته است. در این پژوهش با استفاده از ابزار مطالعه کتابخانه‌ای و روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی در پی پاسخ به این سوال هستیم که در آموزه‌های قرآنی و روایی چه راهکارهایی برای مبارزه با مفاسد اقتصادی به مسلمانان توصیه شده است. یافته‌های پژوهش بیانگر آن است که درآیات قرآن کریم، روایات و سیره معصومین (علیهم‌السلام) علاوه بر بیان تعریف، اشکال متنوع و مصادیق فساد اقتصادی به راهکارهای مقابله با این نوع از مفاسد نیز پرداخته شده است. در این منابع راهکارهای مقابله با مفاسد اقتصادی درمجموع در دودسته کلی 1-راهکارهای پیشگیرانه (ایجابی) شامل اقدامات تقنینی، فرهنگی، تبلیغی، هنجاری و... 2- راهکارهای سرکوب گرایانه (سلبی) شامل اقدامات قضایی، نظارتی، جزایی و... ارائه شده است.

explaining the strategies to fight economic corruption based on quranic teachings and narration 'with an approach to the statement of the second step of the islamic revolution'

fighting economic corruption is one of the most important religious commands for muslims. considering that the statement of the second step of the islamic revolution originates from and is influenced by the divine teachings, therefore, according to this order, one of the main axes of the statement is dedicated to this important issue. in this research, using library study tools and qualitative content analysis methods, we seek to answer the question of what strategies have been recommended to muslims in the qur anic and narrative teachings to fight economic corruption. the findings of the study indicate that in these sources, economic corruption refers to any violation of islamic rules that leads to disruption of the economic system. in these sources, in addition to stating examples of economic corruption, such as usury, bribery, bribery, etc., strategies to deal with it have also been discussed. in general, these strategies are presented in two general categories: 1- preventive (positive) strategies, including deterministic, cultural and reform measures of the executive system 2- suppressive-negative (negative) strategies, including judicial and criminal measures. also in islamic orders, priority is given to preventive measures.
