ریخته گری یکی از روش های تولید قطعات فلزی است ، که فرآیند تولید آن شکل دادن فلزات از طریق ریختن مواد مذاب داخل قالب صورت می‌گیرد ، که این مواد پس از سرد شدن و انجماد به شکل قالب خود درمی آیند. کاربرد قطعات ریخته گری در صنایع مختلف قطعه سازی خودرو ، حمل و نقل ، نیروگاه ، ساخت شیرآلات صنعتی و ..... می باشد . از این رو کیفیت ساخت این قطعات بسیار حایز اهمیت می باشند ، با توجه به ماهیت این روش تولیدی وجود برخی از عیوب در این قطعات امکان پذیر بوده که در صورت عدم تشخیص ممکن است خسارات بسیار زیادی به صنایع تحمیل نماید . یکی از روش های تشخیص عیوب در قطعات فولادی ریخته گری روش تست آلتراسونیک می باشد ، که به صورت گسترده و با استفاده از تکنیک های مختلف انجام می پذیرد . در این مقاله سعی شده است تا ابتدا به شناسایی برخی عیوب محتمل در قطعات فولادی ریخته گری پرداخته و سپس راهکار و تکنیک تست مناسب جهت حصول به نتیجه بهتر بررسی گردد ، لازم به ذکر است مهمترین عامل تاثیرگذاردر دقت تست آلتراسونیک داشتن تخصص و مهارت کافی اپراتور می باشد .

casting is one of the methods of producing metal parts, the production process of which is the shaping of metals by pouring molten metal in the mold, which after cooling and freezing, forms into its molds shape. the usage of casting parts is in the different industries such as formation of automobile parts, transportation, power plants, industrial valves, etc. therefore, the quality of construction of these parts is very important due to the nature of this production method, there are drawbacks. in these parts, a lot of damage can be done to the industry in some industries. one of the methods for detecting defects in cast steel parts is the ultrasonic testing method, which is widely done by using various techniques. in this article, we first try to identify some possible defects in steel castings and then mention the appropriate solution and test method to achieve a better result.it is to be noted the most important factor which affected the accuracy ultrasonic test is proficiency and adequate dexterity of operator.
