آزمون های غیرمخرب شیوه ای برای تست قطعاتی است که امروزه در صنایع مختلف به خصوص در صنعت نفت و گاز به آن توجه ویژه ای می شود. چراکه از هزینه های اضافی ناشی از عیوب خطوط انتقال نفت و گاز می کاهد و قابلیت اطمینان و بازده را افزایش می دهد. روش شناسی هرکدام از تکنیک های بازرسی غیرمخرب در پیاده سازی و اجرا می تواند فرآیند ریسک پذیری ناشی از عیوبی مانند خوردگی، ترک خوردگی، فرورفتگی و... را کاهش و قابلیت اطمینان را افزایش دهد. در این مقاله سعی بر آن داریم تا روش های نوین بازرسی غیرمخرب را برای خطوط انتقال نفت و گاز بررسی کرده و مزایا، معایب و کاربرد هرکدام از این روش ها را تعیین کنیم و در پایان روش های نوین بازرسی درون خطی و برون خطی را برای خطوط انتقال نفت و گاز بایکدیگر مقایسه می کنیم.
