تاثیر چابکی بر عملکرد عملیاتی با تبیین نقش پایداری (مورد مطالعه: شرکت های کوچک و متوسط در شهر کرمان)

چابکی و پایداری دو عاملی است که صنعت تولید از ابتدای قرن بیست و یکم روی آن سرمایه گذاری زیادی داشته است. تاثیر این دو عامل فراتر از عملیات است و به نوآوری، کارکنان ، جوامع و مشتری نیز کشیده می شود. این تحقیق فقدان تحقیقات تجربی برای بررسی رابطه بین چابکی و پایداری و همچنین تعاملات ترکیبی آنها با معیارهای عملکرد عملیاتی را مشخص کرده است. هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی تاثیر چابکی بر عملکرد عملیاتی با تبیین نقش پایداری (مورد مطالعه: شرکت های کوچک و متوسط در شهر کرمان) می باشد. جامعه آماری در این پژوهش کارکنان شرکت های کوچک و متوسط در شهر کرمان می باشد که تعداد آن ها در سال 1397 تقریباً برابر با 450 نفر است. با استفاده از فرمول کوکران تعداد 207 نفر به عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شدند. نتایج حاصل از معادلات ساختاری نشان داد که متغیر چابکی بر عملکرد عملیاتی تاثیر معنادار دارد (آماره تی بزرگتر از 96/1 است) و مقدار مثبت بتا (612/0) نشان دهنده مثبت بودن این تاثیر می‌باشد. متغیر چابکی بر پایداری تاثیر معنادار دارد و مقدار مثبت بتا (731/0) نشان دهنده مثبت بودن این تاثیر می‌باشد. نتایج حاصل از معادلات ساختاری نشان داد که متغیر پایداری بر عملکرد عملیاتی تاثیر معنادار دارد و مقدار مثبت بتا (869/0) نشان دهنده مثبت بودن این تاثیر می‌باشد. متغیر پایداری در تاثیرگذاری چابکی بر عملکرد عملیاتی در شرکت های کوچک و متوسط در شهر کرمان نقش میانجی دارد و مقدار مثبت بتای به دست آمده (447/0) نشان دهنده مثبت بودن این تاثیر می‌باشد. بنابراین، پایداری در تاثیرگذاری چابکی بر عملکرد عملیاتی در شرکت های کوچک و متوسط در شهر کرمان نقش میانجی دارد.

the effect of agility on operational performance by explaining the role of sustainability (case study: small and medium enterprises in kerman)

agility and sustainability are two factors on which the manufacturing industry has invested heavily since the beginning of the 21st century. the impact of these two factors goes beyond operations and extends to innovation, employees, communities and customers. this study highlights the lack of empirical research to examine the relationship between agility and stability, as well as their combined interactions with operational performance metrics. the purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of agility on operational performance by explaining the role of sustainability (case study: small and medium enterprises in kerman). the statistical population in this study is the employees of small and medium companies in the city of kerman, whose number in 1397 is approximately equal to 450 people. using cochran s formula, 207 people were selected as the sample size. the results of structural equations showed that the agility variable has a significant effect on operational performance (t-statistic is greater than 1.96) and a positive beta value (0.612) indicates a positive effect. the agility variable has a significant effect on stability and a positive beta value (0.731) indicates a positive effect. the results of structural equations showed that the stability variable has a significant effect on operational performance and a positive beta value (0.869) indicates a positive effect. stability variable has a mediating role in the effect of agility on operational performance in small and medium enterprises in kerman and the positive value of beta (0.447) indicates the positive effect of this effect. therefore, sustainability plays a mediating role in influencing agility on operational performance in small and medium enterprises in kerman.
