بررسی تمایلات بزهکارانه در فرزندان طلاقِ ناشی از تغییر جنسیت والدین

فرزندان طلاق که آنان را قربانیان طلاق والدین می شناسند، مشکلات و معضلات فراوان روحی و روانی اعم از افسردگی، گوشه‌گیری، اعتیاد و ترک تحصیل گریبان گیرشان می شود و احتمال ارتکاب بزهکاری در آن ها وجود دارد. در میان این فرزندان طلاق، عده ای هم علت طلاق والدین شان ناشی از تغییر جنسیت یکی یا هردو نفر از والدین است. نکاح والدین این دسته برخلاف دسته دیگر که طلاق والدین شان با اختیار و حداقل با رضایت آنان بوده، به صورت قهری و نه با رضایت، منفسخ گردیده است. اما این فرزندان نه تنها که از آسیب های مشابه فرزندان طلاق در امان نیستند بلکه دچار بحران های مهلک دیگری نیز می شوند. تغییر جنسیت والدینِ فرزندانِ طلاق و متعاقب آن عدم حضور فعال والدین و یا به تعبیر دیگر عدم حضور آنان در لباس جنسیت پدر و مادر سابق، می تواند عامل بروز اختلال هویت جنسی را در فرزندان شان مهیا کند. این فرزندان نیز با ابتلا به اختلال هویت جنسی، سرنوشت مشابهی نسبت به والدین شان پیدا می کنند و نیز به خاطر عدم پذیرش شخصیت دارای اختلال هویت جنسی در جامعه و سرخوردگی های ناشی از آن، گرایش ویژه و چندین برابر نسبت یه سایر فرزندان طلاق به ارتکاب بزه پیدا می کنند. به همین خاطر می توان از این فرزندان را «قربانیان خطرناک طلاق» دانست.
