محورهای توسعه و ترویج مدیریتی-اسلامی در قبال حقوق ایتام با محوریت قرآن در جامعه

حمایت ازحقوق ایتام و محورهای توسعه و ترویج مدیریت در قبال حقوق ایتام موضوعی است که کمتر بدان پرداخته شده است. در این مقاله محقق درپی پاسخگویی به این سوال است که چه محورهایی از جانب حاکمیت و مدیریت اسلامی برای ترویج حمایت از حقوق ایتام در آیات قرآن و روایات معصومین (ع) وجود دارد. برای پاسخگویی به این سوال، آیاتی از قرآن کریم که به حقوق ایتام پرداخته است و همچنین روایات معصومین(ع) در این زمینه مورد تحلیل و بررسی قرار گرفته است. علاوه براین دیدگاه های مفسران و سایر علماء نیز کنکاش شده است. راهکارهایی که از مجموع بررسی های انجام شده به دست آمده می توان به این موارد زیر اشاره کرد: توجه به نیازهای اساسی ایتام از جمله اطعام و ازدواج و مسکن و اشتغال آن ها و با توجه به اهمیت بیت المال در برطرف کردن نیاز مادی ایتام توجه به این مسئله ازجمله جلوگیری از سوء استفاده از بیت المال و جمع آوری بیت المال و حفظ بیت المال و...
