چکیده:از دیر باز امنیت یکی از نیازهای اولیه بشر بوده است به طوری که بسیاری از جنگ ها و صلح ها جهت بدست آوردن و حفظ امنیت رخ داده اند. اگر بخواهیم نقش امنیت در زندگی انسان- ها را بررسی کنیم، می توان آن را به دو بخش امنیت درونی و بیرونی دسته بندی نمود. امنیت درونی یا همان امنیت روانی، مسلماً مهمترین فاکتور زندگی سالم برای هر انسانی می باشد. به علت سرعت بالای فرآیند جهانی شدن، عرصه‌های نظری و عملی حیات بشری با تحولات شگرفی مواجه شده و در اثر فشردگی زمان و مکان، حوزه‌های مختلف دولت - ملت‌ها درعرصه های مختلف، ارتباطات ناگسستنی با سازمانهای بین المللی غیردولتی، یافته اند.
