بررسی فطری حجاب وسیرآن دراسلام وغیراسلام

حجاب اسلامی به پوشش های گوناگون زنان مسلمان گفته می شود و مفهوم برآمده از قرآن کریم و فقه اسلامی وساخت یافته در فرهنگ اسلامی که ناظر به پوشش شرعی در مقابل نامحرم، به ویژه برای زنان است، بنابراین تحقیق حاضر به مباحث تاریخچه حجاب، حجاب در یهودیت، حجاب در مسیحیت، حجاب در اسلام پرداخته شده است. براین اساس هدف اصلی تحقیق بررسی فطری حجاب و سیر آن در اسلام و غیر اسلام چسیت؟ می باشد که با روش توصیفی ومروری صورت گرفته است. یافته های این پژوهش حجاب را درسه دین اسلام،یهودیت و مسیحیت بیان و تفسیر کرده است.حجاب در ادیان آسمانی شالوده رشد و کمال آدمی تامراحل عالی انسانیت است.حجاب به آغاز خواسته فکری، عقلانی، انسانی وابزار تشخیص و آزادی زن است؛ برخلاف تبلیغات ابلهانه و ظاهر بینانه ی مادی گرایان، و باعث اسارت زن نیست. درمسیحیت دراحکام فقهی خود طرفدار تورات بوده، اما باتغیر اندیشه ها، به نسخ اکثراحکام شرعی درآن امر شده است. براساس اصول یهود حد اقل حجاب برای دختران و زنان، پوشش موی سر هنگام نماز و دعا، در مقابل افراد نامحرم وپوشاندن دست ها تا زیر آرنج و پاها تا مچ پا می باشد.

abstractislamic hijab refers to the various veils of muslim women, and the concept derived from the holy quran and islamic jurisprudence and structured in islamic culture, which refers to the religious veil against non-mahrams, especially for women, so the present study on the history of hijab judaism, hijab in christianity, hijab in islam. accordingly, what is the main purpose of researching the natural study of hijab and its course in islam and non-islam? which is done by descriptive and review method.the findings of this study have expressed and interpreted the hijab in the three religions of islam, judaism and christianity. contrary to the foolish and ostensible propaganda of the materialists, it does not lead to the captivity of women. in christianity, it has been in favor of the torah in its jurisprudential rulings, but with the change of ideas, it has been ordered to abrogate most of the religious rulings in it. according to jewish principles, the minimum hijab for girls and women is to cover the hair during prayers and supplications, in front of non-mahrams, and to cover the hands below the elbows and the feet up to the ankles.
