نقش مدیریتی فرهنگی بانوان درتمدن نوین اسلامی

مدیریت فرهنگی: فرایند برنامه ریزی، ساز مان دهی، هدایت، رهبری ونظارت بر مجموعه ای از فعالیت های که در راستای انتقال، تثبیت وترویج و تکامل فرهنگی مشخص، با تمامی اجزا وعناصر آن دنبال می شود دانست. بنابر ارزش که مدیریت فرهنگی دارد، این مقاله با روش توصیفی و تحلیلی در مورد نقش مدیریت فرهنگی بانوان در تمدن نوین اسلامی پرداخته است. کار کرد های تحقیق بررسی مدیریت فرهنگی، ابعاد مدیریت فرهنگی از نظر هافستند(فاصله قدرت،اجتناب ازعدم قطعیت و.....)، مدل ادگار شاین(مفروضات، ارزشها وهنجارها ....) فرضیه های مورد بررسی در این تحقیق: تمدن نوین اسلامی والزام های آن(توجه به علوم ومعارف قرآنی، تلاش مجدانه با اعتقاد راسخ و....)، نقش زنان در مدیریت فرهنگی تمدن نوین اسلامی چیست؟ نقش زنان در شکل دهی تبین وتثبیت باورها ومفروضات تمدن نوین اسلامی چیست؟ نقش زنان در تبین وتثبیت باورها وارزشهای تمدن نوین اسلامی چیست؟ نقش زنان در تبین وتثبیت هنجارهای مرتبط با تمدن نوین اسلامی چیست؟ نقش زنان درتبین و تثبیت ساخته ها و علایم تمدن نوین اسلامی چگونه است؟ صورت گرفت. از آن جای که فرهنگ مجموعه ای از باورها، ارزشها، هنجارها می باشد.در این پژوهش این فرضیه ها مورد بررسی قرار گرفته ونتیجه به دست آمده این است که زنان نقش موثری در شکل دهی باورها، اندیشه ها وهنجارهای یک جامعه که شکل دهنده فرهنگ جامعه است دارند ومی توانند در مدیریت فرهنگی یک جامعه موثر باشند.
