در عصری که کنش های بشری از نوع سنتی است و فضای جاهلیت ارزشی برای زن قائل نیست. دختری سال 68 قبل هجرت در حجاز متولد می شود به نام خدیجه س که پدرش خویلد بن اسد و مادرش فاطمه بنت زائده است خردمندی او بگونه ای زبانزد عرب شد که به او لقب 'بانوی عاقل و بانوی تاجر' داده اند.هدف، مطالعه جامعه شناختی سیره عملی و نظری این بانو با تاکید بر عقلانیت تعالی محور در ایجاد تمدن نوین اسلام است زیرا او.برای توسعه و نشر دین اسلام آبرو و اعتبار و ثروت هزینه می کند تا جائیکه هسته اولیه تبلیغ می شود. مسئله اینجاست بانویی که بصیرت او از مرحله کنش سنتی گذر نموده به مرحله کنش عقلانی می رسدو کل نظام اجتماعی را تحت تاثیر خدمات مادی و معنوی خود قرار می دهد. چرا مجامع علمی دانشگاهی و حوزوی جهان تشیع و تسنن در مناقب و فضایل و عقلانیت رفتاری و بنیادی این مظلومه تاریخ کمتر سخن گفته اند ؟. بانویی که با عقلانیت انقلابی و تقوای فردی یک عقلانیتی تحول خواه در عمق استراتژی تاسیس نظام اسلامی و شکل دهی آن نقش بسزایی داشته است.با مطالعه توصیفی و کتابخانه ا ی این نتایج حاصل شده اسنت: تجارت که ذات آن دنیا خواهی و مال اندوزی است او بهترین و راهبردی ترین الگو را انتخاب و فلسفه تجارت را در خدمت اندیشه های الهی و توسعه نشر دین اسلام بکار می بنددو عقلانیت رفتاری را بر عقلانیت بنیادی و ارزشی و سیره عملی مبدل می سازد تا متکفل عملیاتی شود که حداکثر باز دهی را در جامعه نو پای تازه مسلمان جهت' تمدن سازی 'داشته باشد.

in the age of ignorance، when human actions had of the traditional nature and women were not value, khadija, the daughter of ofkhuwaylid ibn asad and fatima bintzaidah a. was born in hejaz in 555cebefore the migration. she became so famous among the arabs who called her wise and businesswoman.the purpose is to study the sociological practical and theoretical life of this lady with emphasis on transcendence-oriented rationality in creating a new islamic civilization. because she wealth costs as long as the core is advertised. the problem is that a woman whose insight has passed from the stage of traditional action to the stage of rational action and influences the whole social system with her material and spiritual services, why the scientific and seminary societies of the shiite and sunni worlds in manaqeb and virtues and behavioral rationality and has the history of this oppressed people spoken less?a lady who, with her revolutionary rationality and individual piety, a transformational rationality, has played a significant role in the depth of the strategy of establishing and shaping the islamic system. the results of the study is the method best on a descriptive and library shows that she choose the best and most strategic model and apply the philosophy of business in the service of divine ideas and the development of the spread of islam and transform behavioral rationality into fundamental and value rationality and practical life to be the operational that has ehegreates benefits for “in the newly established muslim society”.
