بررسی مقایسه ای نگاه اسلام و غرب به زن در خانواده

دفاع از حقوق زنان از مباحث چالش برانگیزی است که عمری حدود چهار سده در غرب و دنیای مدرن دارد.اسلام نیز با سابقه پانزده قرنی احیاگر شخصیت و حقوق و جایگاه زن در عصر جاهلیت است.این دومکتب به عنوان تنها مکاتب رقیب در عرصه جهان در مساله زن دیدگاه متفاوت وگاه متضادی دارند.این مقاله با هدف مطالعه این دو نگاه متضاد و رقیب به زن در خانواده و به تصویر کشیدن تفاوتها و مبنای آنها جهت استخراج نگاه صحیح به زن در خانواده و توانایی بازسازی الگوی سوم زن در ایجاد تمدن نوین اسلامی به روش توصیفی- تحلیلی بر مبنای داده های مطالعه کتابخانه ای نوشته شده است.محقق در پایان اینگونه نتیجه گرفته است که دستیابی به برابری کامل زن و مرد از رهگذر به رسمیت شناختن حق آزادی فردی زن و مالکیت او بر بدنش از اهداف لیبرالیسم برای زن است به گونه ای که با عنوان تساوی و تشابه حقوق زن و مرد از زنان مرد بسازد.اما آزادی در اندیشه اسلامی با آزادی در اندیشه لیبرال متفاوت است.در نگاه اسلام آزادی و تساوی انسان به این معناست که زن به جهت شرافت و کرامت انسانی باید از حق آزادی برخوردار باشدو تساوی او با مرد به معنی تشابه نیست و توجه به تفاوتها در حقوق و نقشها شرط عدالت است تا زن و مرد هر دو به هدف غایی که حیات طیبه و سعادت جاودانه است برسند.

defending women’s rights has been one of the most controversial debates in western and modern world through the last four decades. islam on the other hand has been seeking out women’s rights and status in the age of ignorance fifteen centuries ago. these two schools as the sole opponent schools arguing women’s rights, have different and even opposing ideas. this essay seeks to study these opposing views about the status of women within the family, and the possibility of renewing a third role model in the process of building a new islamic civilization using a descriptive-analytical method based on library research. in the end the researcher has came to the conclusion that reaching the complete equality of a woman and a man by officially recognizing her right of individual freedom and the ownership of her body is what liberalism aims for, which makes women look like men under the name of equality and similarity. but freedom has been defined differently in these two schools. in the islamic view point freedom and equality means that a woman has been given freedom because she is honored as a human being and her equality to men does not mean their similarity and considering their differences in rights and roles is the stepping stone of justice so that they can both seek their final aim which is their pure divine life and eternal felicity.
