تاثیر مولفه‌های توانمندسازی دینی معلمان زن دوره ابتدایی بر پرورش تمدن نوین اسلامی

توانمندسازی دینی معلمان در خدمت کشف و به‌کارگیری قواعد و قوانین در جهان اجتماعی است و پیامد و نتیجه‌ی آن تثبیت و پایداری زندگی معنوی و اجتماعی است. برای تغییر و تحول در جهان اجتماعی، تلقی از فرهنگ تعیین‌کننده‌ی معنا و پرورش مولفه‌های تمدنی است. بر این اساس، پژوهش حاضر باهدف بررسی تاثیر مولفه‌های توانمندسازی معلمان زن دوره ابتدایی بر پرورش تمدن نوین اسلامی انجام‌شده است. این پژوهش ازنظر هدف، کاربردی و ازنظر شیوه گردآوری داده‌ها، پیمایشی از نوع همبستگی است. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از ابزار پرسش‌نامه استفاده شد. جهت سنجش روایی پرسش‌نامه‌ها، از متخصصان موضوعی و به‌منظور بررسی پایایی، از ضریب آلفای کرون باخ استفاده شد. جامعه آماری موردمطالعه شامل تمام معلمان زن دوره ابتدایی شهرستان علی‌آباد کتول به تعداد 230 نفر بود. برای تعیین حجم نمونه با استفاده از جدول کرجسی و مورگان (درجه اطمینان 95 درصد و حاشیه خطای 5 درصد) و روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای متناسب، 123نفر به‌عنوان حجم کل نمونه تعیین شد. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها نیز با استفاده از نرم‌افزار اس. پی. اس. اس در قالب آمار توصیفی و استنباطی انجام شد. نتایج آزمون نا پارامتریک اسپیرمن نشان داد بین آموزش‌های دینی، قرآن محوری و علم‌گرایی معلمان با پرورش مولفه‌های تمدن نوین اسلامی رابطه مستقیم و معناداری وجود دارد. نتایج حاصل از آزمون رگرسیون چندگانه نیز حاکی از آن بود که 58/0 از تغییرات در دیدگاه تمدن نوین اسلامی به خاطر تاثیر مولفه‌های توانمندسازی دینی بوده و سایر تغییرات به عوامل دیگر مربوط می‌شود.

the effect of religious empowerment components of female primary school teachers on the development of modern islamic civilizationthe religious empowerment of teachers serves to discover and apply the rules and regulations in the social world, and the result is the stabilization of spiritual and social life. for change in the social world, culture is considered to determine the meaning and cultivate the components of civilization. accordingly, the present study was conducted to investigate the effect of empowerment components of female primary school teachers on the development of modern islamic civilization. this research is applied in terms of purpose and correlational survey in terms of data collection method. a questionnaire was used to collect data. to assess the validity of the questionnaires, subject matter experts and cronbach's alpha coefficient were used to assess the reliability. the statistical population of the study included all 230 female primary school teachers in aliabad katoul. to determine the sample size using krejcie and morgan table (95% confidence level and 5% error margin) and proportional stratified random sampling method, 123 people were determined as the total sample size. data analysis is also done using s software. ps. this was done in the form of descriptive and inferential statistics. the results of spearman non-parametric test showed that there is a direct and significant relationship between religious education, quran-oriented and teachers' scientism with cultivating the components of modern islamic civilization. the results of the multiple regression test also indicated that 0.58% of the changes in the view of modern islamic civilization are due to the effect of religious empowerment components and other changes are related to other factors.
