بررسی اشتغال زنان بر توسعه اقتصادی جامعه در شکل گیری تمدن نوین اسلامی

یکی از مهم ترین ویژگی ها در دین اسلام به عنوان برترین و آخرین دین الهی، ارزش دهی به زنان به عنوان یک عضو اساسی جامعه است. زن به واسطه جایگاه تربیتی اش، محور کلیدی خانواده است و خانواده به عنوان مهم ترین عنصر نظام اجتماعی و نقطه بنیادین تحولات آن، نهاد فعال جامعه ساز تعبیر می شود؛ در تحقیق حاضر به موضوعات جایگاه اشتغال زنان در آیات و روایات ، جایگاه زنان در فعالیت های اقتصادی از دیدگاه امام خمینی (رح )، انگیزه اشتغال زنان ، نقش زنان در تمدن اسلامی، حمایات زنان در شکل گیری تمدن نوین اسلامی پرداخته شده است. انقلاب اسلامی به عنوان نقطه عطف تاریخ تکامل اجتماعی بشر و آغاز تمدن اسلامی به شمار می رود. ظرفیت سازی و زمینه سازی برای ایجاد تمدن اسلامی و نظام توحیدی چشم انداز پیش روی انقلاب اسلامی و با توجه ویژه به موضوع زنان و توسعه اقتصادی محقق می شود. براین اساس هدف اصلی تحقیق بررسی چیستی و چگونگی نقش آفرینی توسعه اقتصادی زنان در این تمدن است؛ که با روش توصیفی و مروری صورت گرفته است. جامعه تحقیق آثار حوزه اشتغال اقتصادی زنان را در شکل گیری تمدن نوین اسلامی بوده و از این پژوهش به دست می آید همانگونه که زنان در جنبه های مختلف اقتصادی، سیاسی، فرهنگی، دینی، تمدن اسلامی نقش داشتند در شکل گیری تمدن نوین اسلامی هم نقش بارز دارند.

one of the most important features of islam as the supreme and last divine religion is the value of women as an essential member of society. due to her educational status, is the key axis of the family and the family is interpreted as the most important element of the social system and the fundamental point of its development, the active institution of community building; the present study deals with the status of women's employment in verses and hadiths, the position of women in economic activities from the perspective of imam khomeini, the motivation for women's employment, the role of women in islamic civilization, and women's support in the formation of a new islamic civilization.the islamic revolution is considered as a turning point in the history of human social development and the beginning of islamic civilization. capacity building and groundwork for the creation of islamic civilization and monotheistic system the vision for the islamic revolution and with special attention to the issue of women and economic development is achieved. accordingly, the main purpose of this study is to investigate what and how women's economic development plays a role in this civilization; which has been done by descriptive and review method. the research community considers the effects of women's economic employment in the formation of a new islamic civilization and from this research it is obtained that just as women played a role in various aspects of economic, political, cultural, religious, islamic civilization, they also played a role in the formation of a new islamic civilization. they are obvious
