بررسی پدیدارشناسانه نقشِ بانوان در تحقق تمدن نوین اسلامی با رویکرد الگوی سوم

زنان زیباترین موجودات جهان خلقت هستند. نقش های هویتی زنان و همچنین وجود گزارش های تاریخی نیز خبر از عمق اثرگذاری آنان در تحولات اجتماعی، اقتصادی و اخلاقی دارد. از این رو لازم است تا با واکاوی عوامل موثر در تربیت نیروهای فعال در عرصه تمدن سازی اسلامی نیز، در راستای تداوم پرورش انسان های شایسته در جهت تحقق اهداف عالیه دین مبین اسلام قدمی برداریم. بدین منظور هدف اصلی این پژوهش، بررسی پدیدارشناسانه نقش بانوان در تحقق تمدن نوین اسلامی بر اساس الگوی سوم است؛ لذا با استفاده از این روش، نحوه اثرگذاری بانوان در تربیت آینده سازان جامعه تبیین، و راه‌های اساسی نیل به این مهم، از طریق بررسی تجارب موفق بانوان فعال در این عرصه روشن گردید. داده های این پژوهش از طریق مصاحبه با چند قشر از زنانِ تاثیرگذار در عرصه ی تعلیم و تربیت صورت گرفت، که پس از بررسی بند به بند مصاحبه ها، مضامین اصلی و زیر مضامینِ به دست آمده در قالب یک جدول طبقه بندی شد. یافته های این پژوهش حاوی 3 مضمون اصلی و 15 زیر مضامین می باشد. در عنوان «آموزه های دینی»، اهتمام به مواردی همچون نماز و امر به معروف و نهی از منکر، موثرترین مولفه ها شناخته شد. در عنوان «الگو گیری»، مشی بر طریق پیامبر اکرم و معصومان (علیهم السلام) و تاسی از مقام معظم رهبری (مدظله العالی)، و در عنوان «تربیت» نیز نقش معلم در تربیت دانش آموزان و توجه به فرایند تربیت دینی، تاثیرگذار است.

phenomenological study of the role of women in the realization of modern islamic civilization with the approach of the third model

women are the most beautiful creatures in the world of creation. women have a very important role in civilization. by accepting the role of mother, wife, teacher, professor, etc., they bring about events in the society that no one like them can be effective in the process of education. good children are raised by a mother who can help their country. history has shown that women play a very important role in education. in order to achieve islamic civilization, one must use the experience of women who excelled in the field of education. women who raised their children and husbands in such a way that their name and memory will live forever. this article is written in a phenomenological way and the data were done by interviewing several influential women in the field of education, including mothers of martyrs, wives of martyrs, teachers, university professors. we put it in the form of a table and got the main themes and sub-themes.our findings in this research were done in such a way that 3 main themes and 15 sub-themes were done. our main themes in this research include education, modeling and religious teachings.in this article, we found that observing themes such as prayer, enjoining what is good and forbidding what is evil in the context of religious teachings, following the example of the prophet and the infallibles, and fearing the supreme leader in the subject of modeling and the role of the teacher in education students and attention to the process of religious education is effective in the context of education.
