تفاوت های زن و مرد از دیدگاه نهج البلاغه

این مقاله به تبیین و بررسی تفاوت‌های زن و مرد در خطبه 80 نهج البلاغه، پرداخته است. اسناد و منابع گویای این نکته هستند که این خطبه، پس از جنگ جمل ایراد شده است. خطبه ی مذکور در سه محور زنان را نواقص الایمان، نواقص الحظوظ و نواقص العقول عنوان کرده و در ادامه به بیان علل و فلسفه اطلاق این عناوین به زنان اشاره شده است. در حالی که اتصاف زنان به این صفات، با تعالیم قرآنی سازگاری ندارد، باید در نظر داشت مقصود امام علی (ع) در این خطبه، بیان تفاوت هایی است که زنان در انجام عبادات، ارث بردن و شهادت دادن در مقایسه با مردان دارند. روش این پژوهش به صورت توصیفی-تحلیلی و کتابخانه‌ای بوده است و نتایج آن نشان می‌دهد که نباید به جنبه ارزشی این تفاوت-ها تکیه کرد و لزوم بررسی و مطالعه پیرامون هر خطبه‌ای از جمله این خطبه، همراهی و تمسک به قرآن و سیره عملی امام (ع) و دلایل مذکور در متن آن است.

this article explains and examines the differences between men and women in the 80th sermon of nahj al-balagha. documents and sources indicate that this sermon was delivered after the battle of jamal. the sermon mentioned in the three axes of women as the shortcomings of faith, the shortcomings of presence and the shortcomings of the minds, and in the continuation, the reasons and philosophy of applying these titles to women have been mentioned. while the attribution of women to these attributes is not compatible with the teachings of the qur'an, it should be borne in mind that the purpose of imam ali in this sermon is to express the differences that women have in performing worship, inheriting and witnessing compared to men. the method of this research has been descriptive-analytical and library and the results show that one should not rely on the value aspect of these differences and the need to study about any sermon, including this sermon, is to accompany to the qur'an and the practical life of imam and the reasons mentioned in its text.
