machine learning for determining the unknown parameters in advection-dispersion equation based on the gaussian processes

In this work, a machine learning algorithm based on the gaussian process is employed to learning the unknown parameters in the inverse advection-dispersion equation. the gaussian process priors are modified according to the linear operator in the governing equation used to deduce the parameters from rare and noisy observed data. finally, numerical results show the accuracy of the suggested method.
