spaces in which the minimal prime spectrum of cc(x) is compact

In this article, while considering some properties of min(cc(x)) as a minimal prime spectrum of cc(x) with zariski topology, we introduce some spaces such as countably cozero complemented space, c-perfectly normal space and o^c_z-space in which min(cc(x)) becomes a compact space. also, we compare these spaces with their counterpart spaces whenmin(c(x)) is a compact space.
