buchweitz-happel type result for cohen-macaulay rings

Let r be a local gorenstein ring. a fundamental result of buchweitz and happel asserts that, the stable category of maximal cohen-macaulay r-modules is triangle equivalent to the singularity category (r) of r. the aim of this note, is to prove a kind of this result for cohen-macaulay rings.
