تاثیر مدت انبارکردن بر انرژی جوانه‏ زنی و ضریب آلومتریک در ارقام گندم

به منظور بررسی اثر رقم و مدت انبارکردن در شرایط آب و هوایی شمال خوزستان بر درصد جوانه‏زنی و بنیه بذر ارقام گندم، آزمایشی در سال 1399 در واحد ثبت و گواهی بذر و نهال خوزستان انجام شد. آزمایش به صورت فاکتوریل با دو عامل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی و 4 تکرار انجام گردید. فاکتورهای آزمایش شامل؛ مدت انبارکردن در چهار سطح 30 ، 60 ، 90 و120روز و بذر شامل سه رقم گندم مهرگان، کریم و شبرنگ و صفات مورد بررسی درصد جوانه‏زنی، انرژی جوانه‏زنی، وزن هزاردانه و ضریب آلومتریک بذرها بودند. نتایج نشان داد مدت زمان انبارداری، همه ی صفات مورد ارزیابی را تحت تاثیر قرار داد. بیشترین و کمترین درصد جوانه‏زنی به ترتیب مربوط به ارقام مهرگان (95 درصد) و شبرنگ (78 درصد) بودند و تیمار30 روز انبارکردن بیشترین درصد جوانه‏زنی را به خود اختصاص داد و تیمار 30 روز انبارکردن در رقم مهرگان بیشترین ضریب آلومتریک (147/1) را نسبت به سایر تیمارها داشت. همچنین در بین ارقام، رقم شبرنگ (53 گرم) و رقم کریم (31 گرم) به ترتیب بیشترین و کمترین وزن هزاردانه را دارا بودند. براساس نتایج ارزیابی معیار‏های جوانه‏زنی و بنیه بذر مورد بررسی در این آزمایش، بذرهای گندم ارقام مورد مطالعه انبارمانی متفاوتی داشته و بذرهای رقم مهرگان در مدت انبارکردن در شرایط آب و هوایی شمال خوزستان از رفتار انبارمانی بهتری نسبت به سایر ارقام مورد مطالعه برخوردار بودند. با توجه به آزمایش انجام شده، به نظر می رسد که گندم رقم شبرنگ با وجود اینکه هم اکنون در استان خوزستان در برخی مناطق کشت می شود، از نظر پایداری نسبی در جوانه زنی تحت شرایط انبارکردن طولانی مدت، از دیگر ارقام ضعیف تر و زوال و فرسودگی آن بیشتر است.

effect of storage time on germination energy and allometric coefficient in wheat cultivars

in order to study the effect of cultivar and storage time in climatic conditions of northern khuzestan on germination percentage and seed vigor of wheat cultivars, an experiment was conducted in 2020 in the unit of registration and certification of seeds and seedlings of khuzestan. the experiment was conducted as factorial based on complete randomized blocks design by four replications. experiment factors include: four storage durations, 30, 60, 90 and 120 days and three wheat cultivars, mehregan, karim and shabrang. studied traits include: germination percentage, germination energy, 1000-seed weight and allometric coefficient. the results showed that the storage time affected all the evaluated traits. the highest and lowest germination percentages were related to mehregan (95%) and shebrang (78%) cultivars, respectively. the 30-day storage treatment had the highest germination percentage. also, the 30-day storage treatment in mehregan cultivar had the highest allometric coefficient (1.147) compared to other treatments. among cultivars, shebrang (53 g) and karim (31 g) cultivars had the highest and lowest 1000-seed weight, respectively. based on the evaluation results of germination criteria studied in this experiment, wheat seeds of different cultivars were stored and the seeds of mehregan cultivar had better storage behavior than other cultivars during storage in northern khuzestan. according to the experiment, it seems that the wheat of shebrang cultivar, although currently cultivated in some areas in khuzestan province, is weaker in terms of relative stability in germination under long-term storage conditions than other cultivars. and its deterioration is more.
