شناخت چالش‌های سازمانی دانشگاه کارآفرین در دانشگاه‌های آزاد اسلامی

هدف از تحقیق پیشِ ‌رو شناخت چالش‌های سازمانی دانشگاه کارآفرین در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی است. در این راستا از روش تحقیق توصیفی و پیمایشی و جامعه‌آماری شامل 28 نفر از خبرگان متخصص در مورد کارآفرینی بهره گرفته شده است. ابزار اندازه‌گیری در این تحقیق پرسشنامه محقق ساخته‌ای است که بر مبنای ادبیات تحقیق، چالش‌ها و شاخص‌های دانشگاه کارآفرین دسته‌بندی شده و در اختیار خبرگان دانشگاهی قرار گرفته است. در راستای تحقق هدف مورد نظر، با استفاده از روش دلفی در سه مرحله داده‌های تحقیق با نرم‌افزار spss مورد تحلیل واقع شده است. نتایج حاصل از پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که برای ایجاد و توسعۀ دانشگاه کارآفرین در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی 13 چالش همراه با 24 شاخص مورد تایید قرار گرفته است. چالش‌های ساختاری، تحقیقاتی، فرهنگی، انگیزشی، ارتباطی، سیاسی، فنی، از جمله این چالش‌ها به‌ شمار می‌آید.

recognizing the organizational challenges of the faculty of entrepreneurship in islamic azad universities

this study aims to identify the organizational challenges of the faculty of entrepreneurship in islamic azad university. in this regard, a descriptive and survey research method is used, and a statistical population of 28 expert entrepreneurs are drawn on. the measuring tool is a researcher-produced questionnaire which is categorized based on the research literature, challenges and indicators of the faculty of entrepreneurship, and provided to university experts. with regard to research objectives, the data were analyzed in three stages using delphi method and spss software. the results of the study confirmed 13 challenges with 24 indicators considering the establishment and development of a faculty of entrepreneurship in islamic azad university. structural, research, cultural, motivational, communicational, political and technical are among the challenges, but to name a few.
