انتقال یادگیری: چشم‌انداز هدفمند در آموزش عالی و توسعۀ پایدار ایران

همواره یکی از چالش‌های اصلی در آموزش عالی، ارزشیابی آموزش اثربخش بوده است. یکی از مهمترین شاخص‌هایی که می‌توان برای آموزشِ اثربخش استفاده کرد، بررسی انتقال یادگیری در بین دانشجویان است که در آموزش عالی به آن توجه‌ای نشده است. انتقال یادگیری به ‌معنی به ‌کارگیری مهارت‌ها، دانش و نگرش کسب شده از محیط آموزشی در محیط کار است. به ‌بیان دیگر، زمانی‌که دانشجویان نگرش، دانش و مهارت‌هایی که از محیط آموزشی کسب می‌کنند در عمل به‌ کار گیرند، انتقال یادگیری صورت گرفته است. با توجه به اهمیت توسعۀ پایدار و نقش مهم دانشجویان و دانش‌آموختگان در دستیابی به آن، این پژوهش با هدف ارائه چارچوب مفهومی انتقال یادگیری برای به‌ کارگیری در آموزش عالی ایران به‌ عنوان چشم‌انداز هدفمند انجام شده است. این تحقیق از لحاظ هدف، یک پژوهش بنیانی و از لحاظ گردآوری داده‌ها از نوع تحقیقات کیفی بوده و برای استخراج مولفه‌های مدل پژوهش، از روش تحلیل محتوای استقرایی استفاده شده است. با توجه به چارچوب ارائه شده، برای انتقال یادگیری موفق در آموزش عالی پنج عنصر اصلی نیاز است که شامل توجه به ویژگی‌های فراگیر (آمادگی فراگیر و خودکارآمدی عملکرد)، عوامل انگیزشی (انگیزه برای انتقال، انتظارات از نتایج انتقال و انتظارات از نتایج عملکرد)، عوامل محیطی (حمایت مسئولین، مخالفت مسئولین، حمایت همکاران، هدایت بازخورد و عملکرد، تمایل به تغییر، نتایج فردی مثبت و نتایج فردی منفی)، ویژگی‌های آموزشگران و توانایی (فرصت استفاده، طرح انتقال، اعتبار محتوای درک ‌شده و ظرفیت فردی برای انتقال) می‌شود. می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که مدل انتقال یادگیری می‌تواند یک ابزار قدرتمند برای ارزشیابی اثربخش در آموزش عالی باشد.

learning transfer: a targeted perspective in higher education and sustainable development of iran

evaluation of effective education has always been one of the main challenges in higher education. one of the most important indices that can be used for effective education is the investigation of learning transfer among learners to which no consideration has been given to in higher education. learning transfer refers to the application of skills, knowledge and attitude acquired from the educational environment in the workplace. in other words, learning transfer occurs when the students literally practice the attitude, knowledge and skills they have acquired from the educational environment. considering the significance of sustainable development and the important role of students and graduates in achieving it, this study aims to present a conceptual learning transfer framework for being implemented in the higher education of iran as a targeted prospect. this study is a fundamental research in terms of purpose and qualitative in terms of data collection. inductive content analysis method is used to extract the components of the research model. according to the proposed framework, five main factors are essential for successful learning transfer in higher education including attention to learner characteristics (learner readiness and performance self-efficacy), motivational factors (motivation to transfer, transfer outcomes expectations and performance outcomes expectations), environmental factors (officials support, officials oppositions, peers support, performance and feedback guidance, tendency to change, personal positive and negative outcomes) and trainer characteristics and abilities (opportunity to use, transfer plan, perceived content validity and personal capacity for transfer). it can be concluded that the model of learning transfer could be a powerful tool for effective evaluation in higher education.
