تحلیلی آینده‌نگارانه بر فرآیند جذب دانشجو در زیرنظام غیردولتی غیرانتفاعی آموزش عالی کشور

بررسی حاضر با هدف شناسایی عوامل موثر بر فرآیند جذب دانشجو در زیرنظام غیردولتی غیرانتفاعی آموزش عالی کشور در ده سال آینده به انجام رسیده است. روش پژوهش کیفی و ابزارهای مورد استفاده مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته عمیق با مطلعین کلیدی زیرنظام آموزش عالی غیردولتی غیرانتفاعی تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری، بررسی اسنادی اطلاعات این زیرنظام آموزش عالی به‌منظور پویش محیطی آن و تعیین عوامل دارای روند موثر بر مسئله بوده است. یافته‌ها نشان‌گر آن است که، عوامل دارای عدم قطعیت موثر بر فرآیند جذب دانشجو در دانشگاه‌های غیردولتی غیرانتفاعی در افق سند چشم‌انداز 1404 در 4 سطح، بین‌المللی (5 مقوله اصلی و 16 زیر مقوله)، ملی (10 مقوله اصلی و 29 زیر مقوله)، نظام آموزش عالی کشور (5 مقوله اصلی و30 زیر مقوله) و درونی (6 مقوله اصلی و 34 زیر مقوله) تقسیم‌بندی شده‌اند. میزان تقاضای ورود به آموزش عالی کشور تا مقطع کارشناسی و میزان جمعیت 24-18 ساله کشور به ‌عنوان عواملی با روند معین و موثر بر این مسئله شناسایی شده‌اند.

a futuristic analysis on student recruitment process in the non-governmental and non-profit higher education subsystem of iran

the present study aims to identify the factors affecting student recruitment process in the non-governmental and non-profit higher education subsystem of iran in the next 10 years. this study is qualitative in terms of method and the tools employed are conducting in-depth, semi-structured interviews with the key informants (experts) of non-governmental and non-profit higher education subsystem until reaching theoretical saturation, documentary review of the information of this higher education subsystem for the purpose of its environmental scan and determining the factors affecting the issue. the findings indicate that factors with uncertainty which affect the process of students recruitment in non-governmental and non-profit universities in the horizon of 1404 vision statement are categorized at 4 level: international (5 main categories and 16 subcategories), national (10 main categories and 29 subcategories), the country’s higher education system ( 5 main categories and 30 subcategories) and internal (6 main categories and 34 subcategories). the demand for admission in higher education at the undergraduate level and the population of the country’s 18-24 year olds are identified as the definitive and effective factors on this issue.
