کارآیی آینده‌پژوهی هنری در اثربخشی فرهنگ ‌و‌ هنر برای توسعه پایدار

جوامع بشری به مدد نیروی تفکر و تجربه در حال توسعه‌اند و رابطه میزان رشد علمی کشورها با توسعۀ آنها نشان‌دهندۀ اهمیت دانش و پژوهش در سرنوشت کشورهاست. توسعه‌یافتگی مرهون رشد علمی کشورها بوده و دانش، منبع اصلی تغذیه اقتصاد، فرهنگ و سیاست است. هنر و فرهنگ از زیربناهای توسعۀ پایدار به ‌شمار می‌روند و این مسئله ناشی از تاثیرات عمیق آن بر قلمروهای صنعت، اقتصاد، سیاست و محیط‌زیست است. این مقاله از نوع کیفی بوده و به‌روش توصیفی-تحلیلی در صدد تبیین نقش رویکرد آینده‌پژوهی در مطالعات هنری و اثربخشی آن در توسعۀ پایدار است. مطالعات آینده‌پژوهانه باید روند تداوم فرهنگ و هنر و فواید اقتصادی آن ‌را بررسی کند، تا به درک درستی از نقش هنر در توسعۀ پایدار دست یابد. توسعۀ فرهنگی عامل حرکت به ‌سمت توسعۀ پایدار است و هنر و فرهنگ ابزارهای معنوی و مادی آن‌ است. بررسی‌های انجام شده نشان داد که هنر و فرهنگ جزو حوزه‌های پویا و موثر بر توسعۀ پایدار هستند. صنایع فرهنگی، هویت‌بخش جامعه‌اند و برای ایجاد انگیزش عمومی اجتماعی در جهت نیل به ‌سمت توسعه، ضرورت دارند. با توجه به پیوند عمیق هنر با ساختار فکری، معنوی، هویتی و آرمانی جامعه، شناسایی و تبیین جایگاه هنر در توسعه به‌ شکل عام و توسعۀ پایدار به‌طور خاص، مستلزم مطالعۀ میان‌رشته‌ای بین هنر و سایر حوزه‌ها و روابط متقابل آنها و برهم‌کنش میان آنها است. توسعۀ پایدار مفهوم و آرمانی رو به حرکت است و مطالعات مربوط به آن نیز باید معطوف به آینده و شناسایی مسیرها و معرفی تهدیدها و موانع باشد. آینده‌پژوهی در هنر نیز از این قاعده مستثنی نبوده و تقویت جایگاه هنر در توسعۀ پایدار مستلزم پژوهش‌های میان‌رشته‌ای آینده‌محور است. این نوع پژوهش‌ها تغییرات و تحولات رفتار هنر را در مواجهه با اقتصاد، فرهنگ، سیاست و دیگر حوزه‌های اجتماعی پیش‌بینی کرده و نقش کارکردگرایانه آن را تبیین می‌کنند.

the efficiency of artistic future studies in effectiveness of culture and art for sustainable development

human societies are developing with the help of the power of thought and experience, and the relation between countries’ scientific growth and their development is an indication of the importance of science and research in their destiny. development takes place as a result of countries’ scientific growth; and science is the main source for economy, culture and policy nourish. art and culture are regarded the foundations of sustainable development and this is due to their deep influence on industry, economy, policy and environment domains. this study is qualitative and attempts to explain the role of futurology approach in art studies and its effectiveness in sustainable development by adopting a descriptive-analytic method. futuristic studies ought to investigate the continuity process of art and culture and their economic benefits so as to reach an accurate perception of the role of art in sustainable development. cultural development is the factor of progressing towards sustainable development and art and culture are the material and mental mediums. the investigations show that art and culture are among the dynamic and effective areas of sustainable development. cultural industries endow identity to the societies and are essential in creating social public motivation towards achieving development. considering the deep connection between art and the intellectual, spiritual, identity and idealistic structure of society, identification and explanation of the position of art in development in general and sustainable development in particular depends upon interdisciplinary study of art and other disciplines and their mutual relations and interactions. sustainable development is a forward-moving concept and goal, and the studies related to it should attribute to the future, identification of the ways and introduction of threats and obstacles. future studies of art are not exempt from this rule, and reinforcement of the position of art in sustainable development requires interdisciplinary future-oriented studies. these types of research predict the changes in art practices in confronting with economy, culture, policy and other social areas and explain its functional role.
