مبانی نظری و تحلیل ساختارهای علمی آینده‌پژوهی درآموزش عالی

دانشگاه‌ها و مراکز آموزش عالی هر جامعه نماد بالاترین سطح علم و فرهنگ آن جامعه محسوب می‌شوند؛ بنابراین آموزش عالى کشور بایستی، مبدا تحولات علم و فرهنگ باشد. احیاى هویت تمدنى و پیشرفت جمهورى اسلامى، مستلزم رشد متوازن و همه جانبۀ ابعاد علمى، فرهنگى، سیاسى و اجتماعى کشور است که در مسیر تعالى آن، آموزش عالى کشور نقش پیشران و موتور محرکه را برعهده خواهد داشت؛ لذا پیش‌بینی تحولات آینده آن، از ضرورت‌های کشور محسوب می‌شود. برای ارزیابی تحولات آتی، آینده‌پژوهی بهترین بستر را برای شناخت و پیش‌بینی آینده فراهم می‌آورد. برای این نوع از مطالعه باید مبانی سازوکارهای آن‌ را شناخت و چارچوبی نظری برای آن ارائه کرد. بدین‌منظور در این مقاله به مبانی نظری و تحلیل ساختارهای علمی آینده‌پژوهی در آموزش عالی پرداخته شده است. در این مقاله پایه‌ها یا ارکان آینده‌پژوهی در بستر آموزش عالی مبتنی بر مولفه‌های سند اسلامی شدن دانشگاه‌ها مورد تاکید است. سوال اصلی این است که آینده‌پژوهی در آموزش عالی دارای چه مبانی نظری است؟ و ساختارهای علمی آن چگونه قابل تحلیل است؟ در این پژوهش از اسناد و مدارک علمی با تکنیک فیش‌برداری و روش توصیفی-تحلیلی استفاده شده است. به‌ منظور تحلیل آیندۀ آموزش عالی، مبتنی بر آینده‌پژوهی باید اظهار داشت که جدای از زمینۀ اصلی تحلیل وضعیت و ساختارهای مورد تاکید علمی آینده‌پژوهی در آموزش عالی در اینجا بر اساس دو محور اصلی پایه‌های آینده‌پژوهی و همچنین بسترهای ‌آموزش عالی شکل می‌گیرد (تاکید بر مدیریت، استاد، دانشجو، برنامه‌ریزی آموزش، برنامه‌ریزی پژوهشی و فناوری و نیز برنامه‌ریزی فرهنگی و تربیتی، مبنای مطالعه در زمینه آموزش عالی است). در ارزیابی مولفه‌های آینده‌پژوهی علاوه بر توجه به اهداف، مفروضات و معرفت‌شناسی آینده‌پژوهی، باید به پایه‌های اصلی آن نیز توجه نمود.

universities and higher education centers of any society are the symbol of the highest level of science and culture of that society; therefore, higher education in the country should be the source of scientific developments and culture. the revival of the civilizational identity and development of the islamic republic requires balanced and comprehensive growth of the scientific, cultural, political and social dimensions of the country, in the path of which higher education of the country will play the role of driving force; therefore, predicting its future developments is considered one of the necessities of the country. in order to evaluate future developments, future research provides the best platform for recognizing and predicting future. for this type of study, it is necessary to know the basics of its mechanisms and to provide a theoretical framework for it. to this end, this study discusses the theoretical foundations and analysis of scientific structures of future studies in higher education. this article emphasizes the foundations or pillars of futures studies in the context of higher education based on the components of the document of islamization of universities. the main question is what are the theoretical foundations of futures studies in higher education? and how can its scientific structures be analyzed? in this research, scientific documents with descriptive and analytical method and card index writing technique have been employed. in order to analyze the future of higher education, based on futures studies, it should be stated that apart from the main context of analyzing the status and emphasized, scientific structures of future studies in higher education, it is formed on two main axes of futures studies, foundations and higher education contexts (the emphasis is on management, professor, student, education planning, research and technology planning, cultural and educational planning and the basis of study in the field of higher education). in evaluating the components of futures studies, it is necessary to recognize the main foundations of future studies besides paying attention to its goals, assumptions and epistemology.
