تاثیر موج سوم علم بر آموزش، پژوهش و تربیتِ نیازمحور در رابطه میان دانشگاه‌ها و تئاتر حرفه‌ای ایران

آنچه به ‌عنوان دور سوم و یا «موج سوم» علم در محافل علمی تئوریزه شده و در جایگاه و سرنوشت دانشگاه‌های نسل سوم امروزی تاثیرگذار بوده دو نظریه است: الف) نظریه مشارکت در تولید و توسعۀ دانش به ‌صورت شبکه بین‌الاذهانی و تعامل در مقیاس جهانی؛ ب) ویژگی علم/عمل و تاثیری که علم در زیست انسانی و رابطۀ عمیقی که تولید علم با منطق زیست و کسب و کار دارد. در این نظریه، تولید علم، پژوهش و آموزش آن معطوف به نیازهای خاص و تعریف شده در صنعت، دولت و جامعه است. هدف این مقاله در کنار معرفی مراکز دانشگاهی دارای رشته تئاتر، مشکلات آموزشی و عملکردی این مراکز آموزشی، در ارتباط با جامعه و تئاتر حرفه‌ای از منظر «تئوری دانشگاه نسل سوم» است. از نظر هدف، این پژوهش کاربردی و به لحاظ روش، کیفی و شیوۀ گردآوری اطلاعات کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی و همچنین روش تجزیه تحلیل داده‌ها کیفی و تحلیلی است. در روش میدانی، پژوهشگر با تعدادی از هنرمندان و استادان تئاتر دانشگاهی مصاحبه «نیمه ساختاریافته» انجام داده است. با توجه به اینکه بدنۀ اصلی آموزش عالی کشور هنوز فاصله زیادی با نظریۀ موج سوم علم دارد، پرسش اصلی پژوهش بر آن است که چگونه می‌توان با تغییر در ساختار آموزشی و پژوهشیِ نیازمحورِ رشته تئاتر در دانشگاه‌ها، از منظر تئوری دانشگاه نسل سوم، رابطه آن را با روند گسترش یابندۀ تئاتر حرفه‌ای متحول کرد؟ از جمع‌بندی نظرات استادان و هنرمندانی که با آنان مصاحبه انجام گرفته و همچنین منابع مکتوب مورد استفاده، می‌توان چنین نتیجه گرفت که آموزش تئاتر در دانشگاه‌ها باید در راستای ارتباط هر چه بیشتر با جامعه حرفه‌ای تئاتر و نیز مهارت‌افزایی هر چه بیشتر دانشجویان، تغییر یافته و اختیار این تحولات به دانشگاه‌ها داده شود و نگاهی از بالا به پایین نباشد.

the impact of the third wave of science on the need-oriented education, research and training in relationship between universities and professional theater in iran

there are two theories which have been theorized as the third round and/or ‘third wave’ of science in scientific circles and have been influential on the position and destiny of today’s third generation universities: a) the theory of participation in the production and development of knowledge as an inter subject network and interaction on a global scale. b) the nature of science/practice and the impact of science on human biology and the deep relationship between science production and the logic of life and business. in this theory, the production of science and research and its education depends on defined and specific demands in the industry, government and society. besides introducing academic centers teaching theater disciplines, this article aims to identify the educational and functional problems these centers have in relation to the society and professional theater from the aspect of ‘third generation university theory’. this research is applied in terms of purpose and qualitative in terms of method, the research data are collected via library and field information, and the data analysis method is qualitative and analytical. in the field method, the researcher has conducted ‘semi-structured’ interviews with a number of academic theater professors and artists. given that the main body of higher education in the country is still a long way away from the theory of third wave of science, the main question of the research is how to reconstruct the relationship between theater in the universities and the expanding trend of professional theater by making alterations to the need-oriented educational and research structure of this discipline from the theoretical viewpoint of the third generation university. summarizing the opinions of the professors and artists interviewed as well as the written sources used, it could be concluded that theater education in universities should change in line with more connections with the professional theater community and utmost skill development of students. universities should be authorized to make these changes and there should be no top down practices.
