چشم‌انداز برنامۀ‌ درسی آموزش عالی در دوران پساکرونا: روایت اعضای هیات‌ ‌علمی دانشگاه

شیوع ویروس همه‌گیر کرونا از بهمن ماه سال 1398 منجر به تغییر و تحولات چشم‌گیری در تمام ابعاد زندگی شده است. یکی از ارکان متاثر از کرونا، آموزش عالی است. از آنجا که اعضای هیات‌ علمی قلب حیات‌دهندۀ دانشگاه‌ها و عامل اصلی تحقق اهداف آن بوده و همواره یکی از کانون‌های اصلی مورد توجه مدیران آموزش عالی هستند. هم‌چنین با توجه به نقش تاثیرگذار اعضای هیات‌ علمی در اجرای موفق برنامۀ درسی در هر مکان، زمان و شرایط، هدف از پژوهش حاضر واکاوی تجارب اعضای هیات ‌علمی در زمان کووید-19 و کمک به ترسیم چشم‌انداز آموزشیِ آموزش عالی در دوران پساکرونا، از دیدگاه اعضای هیات‌ علمی است. با توجه به اینکه هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تجارب است، لذا روش «روایت‌پژوهی» انتخاب شده است. مشارکت‌کنندگان 8 نفر از اعضای هیات ‌علمی دانشگاه شهید چمران اهواز هستند که به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند از نوع ملاک‌محور انتخاب شدند. در این روش به ‌منظور تحلیل داده‌های حاصل از مصاحبه، از روش تحلیل مضمون استفاده شده و جهت افزایش روایی یافته‌ها نیز از روش‌های کنترل اعضا و نظر ممیزان بیرونی استفاده شده است. یافته‌ها نشان داد که برای بعد از کرونا هرگز تجربۀ فضای مجازی کنار گذاشته نخواهد شد، بنابراین دانشگاه‌ها باید در فرصتی مناسب به بهبود زیرساخت‌ها و امکانات خود پرداخته تا آموزش با کیفیتی داشته باشند. با تحلیل روایات مقوله‌هایی از جمله: 1- شکستن مرزهای دانشگاهی و شکل‌گیری ارتباطات گستردۀ فرا‌دانشگاهی، 2-تمایل به بهره‌گیری از آموزش ترکیبی (مجازی و حضوری)، 3- تغییر و نوآوری در اجرای برنامه‌های دانشگاهی با استفاده از فضای مجازی، 4- ضرورت رفع مشکلات دروس عملی، 5- لزوم توانمندسازی استادان، به‌ دست آمد. همچنین برخی از استادان پیشنهاد دادند که دانشگاه‌ها باید از تجربۀ استادان و دست‌اندرکاران هر دانشکده در زمان کووید-19 استفاده کرده و شیوه‌نامه‌هایی متناسب با هر رشتۀ تحصیلی برای آموزش مجازی تهیه کنند تا بدین طریق از این بستر نوظهور به بهترین وجه بهره‌برداری شود.

higher education curriculum perspective in the post covid-19 era: a narration by faculty members

covid-19 pandemic has resulted in significant changes in all aspects of life since february 2020. higher education has mainly been affected by covid-19 since the faculty members are considered university life centers, the main factors in the realization of university objectives and have always been in the focus of higher education administrators. furthermore, considering the effective role of faculty members in successful implementation of the curriculum in any place, time and circumstances, the present study aims to explore the experiences of faculty members at the era of covid-19 and help to offer an educational prospect in the post covid-19 era from the perspective of faculty members. given that this study is intended to investigate the experiences, the method of ‘narrative research’ has been selected. the participants are 8 faculty members of shahid chamran university of ahwaz who have been selected by purposeful criterion-based sampling. accordingly, content analysis method was adopted in order to analyze the data obtained from the interviews and member control methods and external auditor comments were used to increase the validity of the findings. the findings indicated that the experience of cyberspace will never be left out in the post covid-19 era, so universities should improve their infrastructures and facilities at the proper time in order to provide qualitative education. the findings of narrations’ analysis fall into five categories: 1. breaking the university boundaries and forming extensive meta university communications, 2. tendency to benefit from combined educating (virtual and face to face), 3. change and innovation in the implementation of university programs using cyberspace, 4. necessity to solve the problems of practical lessons, 5. the need to empower university professors. moreover, some professors recommended that universities would rather use the experiences of faculty professors and staff in the era of covid-19, and provide guidelines appropriate for the virtual education of each field of study so that this emerging platform may be exploited in the best way possible.
