تبیین صورتحساب سوخت نیروگاه‌ها در بازار برق ایران

مطابق با قوانین جاری و مرتبط با بازار برق ایران، واحدهای نیروگاهی متناسب با سوخت مصرفی برای تولید انرژی می‌بایست هزینه‌هایی را پرداخت نمایند. از طرفی به صورت پیش‌فرض، سوخت مورد نیاز نیروگاه‌ها گاز در نظر گرفته می‌شود که البته مصرف سوخت‌های گازوئیل و مازوت در برخی مواقع اجتناب ناپذیر است. در این راستا به منظور شفافیت و ایجاد وحدت رویه در نحوه صدور صورتحسابهای سوخت نیروگاه‌ها و تاثیرات مالی آن، قوانین بالادستی در شرکت مدیریت شبکه برق ایران مورد شبیه‌سازی و پیاده‌سازی قرار گرفته‌اند که در این مقاله به آنها اشاره شده است. به منظور ارائه نتایج، مقادیر حاصل از پیاده‌سازی و اجرای قوانین در صورتحسابهای نیروگاه‌های مشارکت کننده در بازار برق ایران در یک افق زمانی از سال 1392 تا 1399 ارائه شده است.

according to current laws related to the iranian electricity market, power plant units must pay a fee commensurate with the fuel used to produce energy. on the other hand, by default, the fuel required for power plants is gas, although the consumption of diesel and fuel oil is inevitable in some cases. in this regard, in order to create transparency and unity of procedure in the way of issuing fuel bills for power plants and its financial effects, the upstream laws in the iran electricity grid management company have been simulated and implemented, which are mentioned in this article. in order to present the results, the values ??obtained from the implementation and enforcement of laws in the bills of power plants participating in the iranian electricity market in a time horizon from 1392 to 1399 are presented.
