چکیده    In this paper, we study an spr biochemical sensor for uric acid detection. the prism-based ‎kretschmann configuration is implemented for this purpose in which the ‎al/al2o3/mos2/graphene are coated on the prism, respectively. the transfer matrix method is ‎implemented to achieve the reflection spectra for the proposed sensor at λ=633 nm. the al ‎layer thickness (with 3nm al2o3 on its surface) has been optimized to obtain the minimum ‎reflection. also, the effect of single-, bi-, and tri-layers mos2 and graphene are investigated ‎from the sensitivity characteristic point of view. the results show that the proposed sensor ‎has linear operation for biosensing detection with amplitude and angular sensitivity of 36.8 ‎riu-1 and 98.33 deg. riu-1, respectively in a detection range of 1.335-1.347 riu. ‎
