In this paper, we study an spr biochemical sensor for uric acid detection. the prism-based kretschmann configuration is implemented for this purpose in which the al/al2o3/mos2/graphene are coated on the prism, respectively. the transfer matrix method is implemented to achieve the reflection spectra for the proposed sensor at λ=633 nm. the al layer thickness (with 3nm al2o3 on its surface) has been optimized to obtain the minimum reflection. also, the effect of single-, bi-, and tri-layers mos2 and graphene are investigated from the sensitivity characteristic point of view. the results show that the proposed sensor has linear operation for biosensing detection with amplitude and angular sensitivity of 36.8 riu-1 and 98.33 deg. riu-1, respectively in a detection range of 1.335-1.347 riu.
