چکیده    Methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus (mrsa) is a type of staph bacteria that is ‎resistant to most of the available antibiotics. the antibacterial resistance has become a ‎serious problem in wound healing. so different methods have been introduced to overcome ‎this great threat to public health. metal nanoparticles have been presented as good ‎alternatives to antibiotics. in this paper, the antibacterial effect of silver nanoparticles ‎‎(agnps) was enhanced by utilizing a green laser. our results showed that the bacterial ‎colony population of both atcc 33591 and the clinical sample of s. aureus strains were ‎reduced significantly in the presence of agnps. interestingly, the bacteria growth has ‎completely stopped after 2 minutes of laser irradiation.‎
