on the quantum explanation of a neo-darwinian problem in biology: emergence of homochirality

There are fundamental questions in biology having a proper knowledge of their various ‎dimensions, can improve our understanding about the nature of living matter. what is ‎entangled with these matters, resembles veiled reality that scientific developments scratch it ‎continuously. then, it makes possible to retrieve the truth from such encrypted context. the ‎problem of origin of life is one of the fundamental challenges in the history of science. ‎there have been permanent efforts among researchers of various branches, including ‎chemists, physicists and biologists to make a lucid explanation of this everlasting problem. ‎living systems must differentiate between various patterns of the same kind. one of the ‎realizations of such asymmetric detections is chirality of biomolecules.‎when a molecule cannot be superimposed on its mirror image, it is said to be chiral. ‎chiral molecule and its mirror image are known as enantiomers.‎‏ ‏‎ chiral states are not ‎stationary states of the hamiltonian but they are absolutely stable! all the sugars and amino ‎acids can be find exclusively in right and left configurations, respectively, which are the ‎superposition of electronic eigen states of the hamiltonian. we face with one kind of ‎features of natural selection in which a schrodinger’s cat exclusively is forced to be ‎collapsed to one of its choices dead or alive. emergence of chirality cannot be explained ‎with theories just based on the molecular hamiltonian. since it is a product of symmetry ‎breaking and hamiltonian commutes with parity operator. what are the mechanisms ‎incorporate at molecular level, which are responsible for neo-darwinian problem of chiral ‎selection in biology? we try to elucidate different aspects of it with the language of ‎quantum mechanics.‎
