تاثیر سولفید سدیم در فلوتاسیون سر ب اکسیدی معدن خان خاتون

در این تحقیق، تاثیر غلظت محلول سولفید سدیم، میزان مصرف و زمان ماند سولفید سدیم بر فلوتاسیون سرب اکسیدی بررسی شد. نمونه سرب اکسیدی از معدن سرب و روی خان خاتون تهیه شد که عیار سرب آن 5/2 درصد و کانی سرب از نوع سروزیت بود. تست­های فلوتاسیون سرب با یک مرحله سولفیداسیون با استفاده از سولفید سدیم و به همراه کلکتور پتاسیم آمیل گزنتات انجام شد. در این تحقیق تاثیر غلظت محلول سولفید سدیم در دو سطح (7 و 15 درصد)، زمان ماند سولفید سدیم در سه سطح (3، 8 و 12 دقیقه) و میزان مصرف سولفید سدیم در سه سطح (2000، 3500 و 5000 گرم بر تن) بررسی شد. نتایج حاصل نشان داد که شرایط بهینه فلوتاسیون سرب، محلول سولفید سدیم 7 درصد، میزان مصرف سولفید سدیم 3500 گرم بر تن و زمان ماند سولفید سدیم 8 دقیقه است. در این حالت بیشترین عیار و بازیابی سرب به دست آمد که به ترتیب برابر با 23/38 و 15/83 درصد است.

the effect of sodium sulfide on flotation of lead oxide of khan-khatoon mine

in this study, the effect of concentration of sodium sulfide solution, dosage, and conditioning time of sodium sulfide on lead oxide flotation was investigated. a sample of lead oxide was prepared from lead and zinc khan khatoon mine with a lead grade of 2.5% and lead mineral type of cerussite. lead flotation tests were performed with one sulfidation step using sodium sulfide with potassium amyl xanthate as the collector. in this study, the effect of concentration of sodium sulfide solution in two levels (7 and 15%), the conditioning time of sodium sulfide in three levels (3, 8, and 12 minutes), and the dosage of sodium sulfide in three levels (2000, 3500 and 5000 g / ton) were examined. the results showed that the optimal conditions of lead flotation are sodium sulfide solution of 7%, the dosage of sodium sulfide of 3500 g / ton, and the conditioning time of sodium sulfide of 8 minutes. in this condition, the highest grade and recovery of lead were obtained, equal to 38.23 and 83.15%, respectively.
