بررسی امکان تولید داخلی راک بولت‌های شرکت ذغالسنگ مرکزی طبس

راک بولت به دلیل داشتن یکسری ویژگی‌های منحصربه‌فرد از مهم‌ترین ابزارهای نگهداری سقف و دیواره در فضاهای زیرزمینی است. لذا مصرف این قطعه به‌طور روزافزونی با توسعه معادن زیرزمینی افزایش می‌یابد. هدف از اجرای این پروژه تهیه شناسنامه متالورژیکی برای راک بولت‌های مورد مصرف در شرکت زغال‌سنگ طبس و سپس ساخت راک بولت آج‌دار مورد مصرف در شرکت فوق بوده است. در این راستا علاوه بر تهیه نقشه از تمام قطعات راک بولت­های مصرفی، این قطعات تحت آزمایش‌های مکانیکی و شیمیایی نیز قرار گرفتند تا شناسنامه متالورژیکی هر قطعه حاصل گردد و بر مبنای آن بتوان طراحی ساخت هر قطعه را انجام داد، سپس اقدام به ساخت یکی از پرمصرف‌ترین این راک بولت­ها یعنی راک بولت آج‌دار شده است. با توجه به این‌که هدف اصلی این طرح ساخت راک بولت آج‌دار بوده است لذا در این مقاله صرفاً در مورد مشخصات قطعات این راک بولت در شرایط فابریک، فرایند ساخت و مشخصات قطعات ساخته‌شده صحبت می‌شود.

investigating the possibility of domestic production of rock bolts of tabas central coal company

due to having several unique features, the rock bolt is one of the most important tools for maintaining the roof and walls in underground spaces; therefore, the consumption of this piece is increasing with the development of underground mines. this project aimed to prepare a metallurgical file for the rock bolts used in tabas coal company and then to make the ribbed rock bolt used in the above company. for this purpose, in addition to preparing a plot of all parts of consumer rock bolts, these parts were also subjected to mechanical and chemical tests to obtain the metallurgical file of each component and based on it, the construction of each piece can be done, then, one of the most widely used rock bolts, namely ribbed rock bolts, was built. the primary purpose of this project was to make a ribbed rock bolt; therefore, in this article, we only talk about the specifications of the parts of this rock bolt in the fabric conditions, the manufacturing process, and the specifications of the manufactured parts.
