تحلیل اثربخشی نگهداشت پیشگیرانه بر پایه سنجش شاخص های کلیدی عملکرد نت

در حوزه صنایع معدنی، فعالیت مداوم ماشین‌آلات معدنی در راندمان تولیدی نقش انکارناپذیری داشته و از همین رو انتخاب مناسب شاخص­های کلیدی عملکرد به‌ویژه برای عملیات نگهداری و تعمیرات دستگاه­های سنگین معدنی و سنجش آن مانند هر بخش دیگر صنعتی بسیار حیاتی است. بخش معدن اغلب با مشکلات تعمیر و نگهداری بی­شماری در سراسر جهان مواجه است؛ بنابراین، در یک بازار رقابتی جهانی، عملکرد نگهداری و تعمیرات هر شرکت معدنی در برابر سایر شرکت­های معدنی محلی و جهانی و همچنین سایر صنایع دستگاه محور ملاک مقایسه قرار می­گیرد. در تحقیق پیش رو برای 16 دستگاه دامپتراک معدنی 40 تن، منطبق بر اصل پارتو، 7 دستگاه بحرانی با خواب و تعدد تعمیراتی بالا شناسایی گردیدند و نت پیشگیرانه به‌صورت متمرکز بر روی آن‌ها صورت پذیرفت. نتایج اقدامات صورت پذیرفته در بازه­های زمانی 4 ماهه نشان از بهبود شاخص mtbf به‌طور میانگین 18 درصد و تنزل شاخص mttr به‌طور میانگین 37 درصد برای دستگاه­های مورد تحقیق داشت.

in the mining industry, the continuous activity of mining machinery has played an undeniable role in production efficiency. therefore, the proper selection of key performance indicators, especially for heavy mining equipment maintenance activities, and measuring it, like any other industry, is critical. the mining field often faces numerous maintenance problems around the world. therefore, in a competitive global market, the maintenance performance of any mining company is compared to other local and global mining companies and other machine-centered industries. according to the pareto principle, in the present study, for 16 mineral dump trucks of 40 tons, seven critical dump trucks with high downtimes and requirements were identified. the preventive maintenance was focused on them. the measures taken in 4-month intervals showed an improvement of mtbf index by an average of 18% and a decrease of mttr index by an average of 37% for the studied devices.
