تکنولوژی نوین در ارزیابی اتوماتیک عملکرد فلوکولاسیون در صنایع فرآوری مواد معدنی

آزمایش­های ته­نشینی متداول­ترین روش جهت تعیین ابعاد تیکنرها و کلاریفایرها و همچنین تعیین عملکرد لخته سازها در صنایعی هستند که بازیابی آب در فرآیند آن­ها امری حیاتی به شمار می­رود. در حال حاضر این آزمایش­ها به روش پرخطا و زمان­گیر دستی انجام می­پذیرند. در این تحقیق، تکنولوژی نوین ارزیابی اتوماتیک عملکرد لخته­سازها به­همراه تعیین مشخصات فنی تجهیزات آبگیری معرفی می­گردد. این تکنولوژی در قالب دستگاه تمام اتوماتیک ته­نشینی ارائه شده است که قادر است کلیه مراحل آزمایش­های ته­نشینی، از اختلاط دوغاب تا تجزیه و تحلیل نتایج ته­نشینی را به­صورت اتوماتیک انجام دهد. نتایج حاصل از مقایسات انجام شده بین روش دستی و اتوماتیک ته­نشینی نشان دادند که داده­های حاصل از آزمایش­های ته­نشینی به­روش اتوماتیک دارای صحت و دقت بالاتری نسبت به آزمایش­های ته­نشینی به­روش دستی هستند.

a novel technology for automatic evaluation of flocculation performance in wastewater treatment units

sedimentation tests are commonly known as the best route to evaluate the flocculation performance in the thickeners and clarifiers. these tests are generally done with wrong and time-consuming manual methods. this research will introduce the novel technology to perform automatic sedimentation tests. this technology has been implemented in an ‘automatic sedimentation test apparatus (asta)’ to automatically do all stages of a standard sedimentation test performed by the workforce. for assessing the asta performance, a comparison of the test results was performed between the manual test method and asta. with a confidence level of 95%, the outcomes proved that asta could produce more accurate and precise results than manual tests.
