چکیده    The stability and growth of a nano-bubbleon a smooth surface are studied bymolecular dynamics simulation in this work.we investigated the phase transition of anargon film on substrates. when the liquidatoms on obtain enough thermal energy,they convert into a nano-bubble. oursimulation reveal how pinning of the threephase contact line on the surface can lead tothe stability of the surface nano-bubble.
