In this study, the interaction betweenhuman growth hormone (hgh) with a dicationic and a single-chain polymer ofpoly(ester-ether-urethane) was investigatedby conductometry. thermodynamicparameters of micellization weredetermined, such as critical micelleconcentration (cmc), critical associationconcentration (cac), protein saturationpoint (psp), and the average degree ofionization (α) of micelles or complexes.the values of cmc for both polymers arelow, indicating a good stability ofsupramolecular structures in aqueoussolutions. a comparison of theseparameters between both polymersprovides a better understanding about theirphysicochemical behavior in interactionwith the protein
