In this study, the effect of evaporation timeof tetrahydrofuran solvent on theproperties and performance of polymericmembranes based on a mixture of twopolymers, polyvinyl chloride andpolymethyl methacrylate was investigated.for this purpose, after preparing apolymeric solution from the mentionedpolymers, in the phase inversion process,the membranes were made usingimmersion method in non-solvent bath atevaporation times of 0, 15, 30 and 45seconds. to investigate the effect ofevaporation time on the properties of theprepared membranes, variables of watercontent, porosity, pore size, flux andmembrane rejection were tested.
