چکیده
|
The aim of this work was to study thephysicochemical characterization offenofibrate(fnb)-ßcd binary systems wascarried out by fouriertransform infrared spectroscopy (ftir)and 1hnmr. phase solubility analysisrevealed enhancement in the solubility offenofibrate. phase solubility studiesrevealed 1:1 m complexation offenofibrate with ßcd. thedissolution study revealed that the drugdissolution rate was improved by thepresence of ßcd.
