تحلیلی بر بیوتروریسم و تهدید امنیت غذایی با تاکید بر ایران

غذا و موضوع امنیت غذایی برای جوامع بشری همواره از اهمیت و جایگاه ویژه‌ای برخوردار بوده است و امروزه نیز امنیت غذایی جزء مولفه‌های اصلی امنیت ملی کشورها محسوب می‌شود. دو راه عمده تامین مواد غذایی و ایجاد امنیت غذایی شهروندان تولید محصولات کشاورزی و مواد غذایی در داخل کشور یا واردات این نوع محصولات از کشورهای دیگر می‌باشد. واردات محصولات کشاورزی به خصوص محصولات کشاورزی استراتژیک مانند گندم، دانه‌های روغنی و ... علاوه بر آثار اقتصادی دارای پیامدهای منفی از نظر سیاسی و افزایش وابستگی کشورها می‌باشد، از این رو تلاش کشورها این است که در مورد محصولات کشاورزی مهم و پرمصرف بر کشاورزی و تولید داخلی متمرکز شوند. تروریسم در عرصه کشاورزی و استفاده پنهانی از سموم و آفت‌ها جهت آلوده‏سازی و آسیب زدن به محصولات راهبردی کشاورزی کشورها یکی از تهدیدات مهمی است که به‌ویژه در دوره کنونی بیشتر مورد توجه کشورهای رقیب و گروه‌های تروریستی قرار گرفته است، چرا که آلوده‏سازی گیاهان و حیوانات به بیماری آسان‏تر، ارزان‏تر و کم خطرتر از مبتلا ساختن مستقیم افراد می‌باشد، اما پیامدهای اقتصادی و روانی ناشی از این حملات بسیار سنگین‌تر خواهد بود. این امر به‌ویژه در مورد کشور ایران که در چهار دهه گذشته با انواع مختلف تهدیدات از جانب دشمن و گروه‌های تروریستی روبرو بوده است از اهمیت بیشتری برخودار است. این پژوهش تلاش دارد با روش توصیفی - تحلیلی و با استناد به منابع معتبر ضمن بررسی زمینه‌ها و بسترهای بیوتروریسم در بخش کشاورزی به تحلیل آثار و پیامدهای این نوع تهدیدات بیولوژیک در تولید محصولات کشاورزی و امنیت غذایی بپردازد.

food and the issue of food security has always been of particular importance to human societies, and food security is now one of the key components of national security. the two main ways to provide food and provide food security for citizens are to produce agricultural or food products domestically or import them from other countries. imports of agricultural products, especially strategic agricultural products such as wheat, oilseeds, etc. in addition to economic impacts, have negative political consequences and increase the dependence of countries, so countries strive to be important and high consumption agricultural products. focus on agriculture and domestic production. terrorism in agriculture and the covert use of pesticides and pests to infect and harm the strategic agricultural products of countries is one of the major threats that have become more and more of a concern to competitors and terrorist groups, especially in the current era. plants and animals are easier, cheaper, and less dangerous to directly infect people, but the economic and psychological consequences of these attacks will be far more severe. this is especially important in the case of iran, which has faced a variety of threats from the enemy and terrorist groups over the past four decades. this research attempts to investigate through a descriptive-analytical method and based on reliable sources. backgrounds and contexts of bioterrorism in agriculture analyze the effects and consequences of these types of biological threats on crop production and food security.
