بازاندیشی انتقادی دشواره‌های حکومت‌اندیشی ایرانی در زیست‌جهان معاصر

حکومت اندیشی ایرانی، قدمتی به درازای تاریخ این سرزمین دارد. اندیشه ای که برآمده از مناسبات امر سیاسی و دین برساخته می شود و بر پایه آن، سرزمین متنوع و متکثر قومی و زبانی ایرانی متحد می شود. اوج تکامل الگوی حکمرانی ایرانی در عصر ساسانی بود که بر بنیاد آن، ایده ایران بر پایه همسازی دین و سیاست، امپراطوری قدرتمندی به‌وجود می‌آید. این الگو در سده میانه اسلامی، بر اساس نیاز قدرت، بستری را مهیا می کند تا از چشم انداز آن، حکومت اندیشی اسلامی در امتداد الگوی ایرانی قرار گیرد. این اندیشه حکومتی در عصر صفوی نیز جلوه دیگری از حکومت اندیشی ایرانی را برای تداوم ایران و ایرانیت، به نمایش می گذارد. حال با توجه به دشواره های بسیاری که حکمرانی ایرانی در دوره معاصر با آن روبه‌رو است، از چالش ملیت سازی تا مناسبات سنت و مدرنیته، آیا حکومت اندیشی ایرانی امکان بازاندیشی متناسب با دشواره های معاصر را خواهد داشت؟ فرضیه مد نظر در پاسخ به این پرسش این است که، در حکومت اندیشی ایرانی تداوم‌یافته در طول تاریخ، امکان و توانایی فکری چون اتحاد تکثرها، قانون گرایی و نخبه گرایی و... وجود دارد که با بازخوانی انتقادی متناسب با زیست‌جهان امروزین، گذار از دموکراسی راس ها را به دموکراسی رای‌ها محقق سازد. در این فرآیند، با رویکرد تبارشناسانه حکومت اندیشی ایرانی، ضمن رویارویی انتقادی، مولفه های بنیادین برسازی حکومت‌اندیشی متناسب با زیست مدرن را برای جامعه ایرانی پی می جوییم.

iranian governance has a long history in this land. thoughts arising from the relations between politics and religion are built, and based on it, the diverse and pluralistic ethnic and linguistic land of iran is united. the peak of the evolution of the model of iranian rule in the sassanid era was based on which the idea of iran based on the harmonization of religion and politics, a powerful empire is created. this model in the islamic middle ages, based on the need for power, provides a platform for islamic perspective to be placed along the iranian model from its perspective. this idea of government in the safavid era also shows another manifestation of iranian governance for the continuation of iran and iranian. now, considering the many difficulties that iranian rule faces in the contemporary period; from the challenge of nationalization to the relationship between tradition and modernity, will iranian governance be able to rethink in proportion to contemporary difficulties? the hypothesis in response to this question is that in iranian governance, which has continued throughout history, there is a possibility and intellectual ability such as the unity of pluralism, legalism and elitism, etc. realize the votes in a democracy. in this process, with a genealogical approach to iranian governance, while facing a critical confrontation, we pursue the fundamental components of building governance in line with modern biomedicine for iranian society.
