مقدمه: موضوع تضمین ایمنی و کیفیت در صنعت غذا علاوه بر محصول نهایی، باید کل جریان تولید شامل مواد اولیه، شیوه تولید، فراوری و فراورده نهایی، کیفیت چرخه محیط پیرامون (محیط زیست) و کیفیت زندگی مصرف‌کنندگان و ... را در بر بگیرد. بر همین اساس، سیستم‌های کنترل کیفیت ارگانیک، حلال و سیستم‌های مشابه بوجود آمده اند. این طرز نگرش جامع، می‌تواند مسیری روشن و صحیح را برای مصرف‌کننده ایجاد نماید. یکی از سیستم های نظارتی که می تواند در این عرصه حضور داشته باشد و علاوه بر همراهی و استفاده از سسیستم های نظارتی موجود، با نگاهی جامع و وسیع ابعاد نگرش اسلام به زنجیره محصولات غذایی را مورد توجه قرار دهد، طیب است که در این پژوهش ارکان و اصول آن مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است.روش تحقیق: این پژوهش به شیوه تحلیل منابع اسلامی و منابع علمی موجود جهت بررسی ارکان طیب انجام گرفته است.یافته ها و نتیجه گیری: پنج رکن اساسی نشان طیب عبارت از سلامت، حلیت، اصالت، جذابیت و آراستگی و برکت می باشد. سلامت موید مسائل مربوط به بهداشت و ایمنی؛ حلیت نشان دهنده رعایت چارچوب های شرعی و قانونی؛ اصالت بر مبنای بررسی شرایط بومی، اصل و طبیعی بودن؛ جذابیت و آراستگی نتیجه پیاده سازی متوازن عناصر زیبایی های طبیعی و معنوی؛ و برکت نشان دهنده اثربخشی، بهره وری، ارزش های غذایی، اقتصادی و اجتماعی در فرایند تولید تا مصرف محصولات (غذایی) می باشد. این ارکان و معیارها، شاخص ها و سنجه های مستخرج از آن می توانند جامع ترین و با کیفیت ترین مدل ارزیابی کیفیت و رتبه بندی محصولات غذایی مورد بهره برداری قرار گیرند؛ این مدل به دلیل هماهنگی با مبانی توحیدی زندگی می تواند به عنوان یک سیستم هماهنگ کننده دانش و فناوری تجربی با مبانی وحیانی عمل کند و جریان علم و فناوری را در راستای فلسفه کلان زندگی یعنی توحید و خداجویی هدایت نماید.
