غذای حلال و طیب در روایات ائمه معصومین علیهم السلام

مقدمه: کنترل ایمنی و کیفیت غذا، حفظ ویژگی‌های مطلوب ماده غذایی در مراحل تولید، حمل‌ونقل، فرآوری، بسته بندی و توزیع را بیمه می کند که این امر منجر به ارتقا رژیم های غذایی سالم، کاهش ضایعات اقتصادی و تشویق تجارت منطقه ای و بین‌المللی غذا می شود. انسان سالم، محور توسعه و غذا، مهم ترین عامل در سلامتی انسان‌ها می باشد، بنابراین از آغاز مدنیت جوامع، حاکمان توجه زیادی به سلامت مواد غذایی داشتند. در هیچ دینی به اندازه اسلام به تغذیه و چگونگی آن توجه نشده است. از نظر قرآن و روایات، ماده غذایی زمانی حلال و طیب است که از جمیع جهات مادی و معنوی، پاک و خالص و عاری از آلودگی باشد. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی کاربردهای واژه طیب و حلال در رویات ائمه معصوم علیهم السلام و در ارتباط با غذا و تغذیه است.مواد و روش ها: در این مطالعه با استفاده نرم افزار نورالانوار 2 روایات مرتبط با طیب استخراج و مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرار گرفت یافته ها و نتیجه گیری: بررسی روایات ائمه معصومین علیهم السلام نشان می دهد که واژه طیب در زمینه های مختلفی از جمله خوش مجلس، خوش برخورد، خوش خلق، بوی خوش، نسل پاک، جایگاه نیکو، راه مستقیم، زندگی خوش، خوش نامی و پاکی اصل و اصالت به کار رفته است. در زمینه غذا، تغذیه و مواد غذایی نیز مضامینی مانند گندم، انجیر، رطب، پرندگان و ... به عنوان غذای طیب، لزوم سفر برای دستیابی به طعام طیب، خرید و فروش غذای طیب، فرد صالح به عنوان صاحب غذای طیب، طعام طیب به-عنوان طعام زکات پرداخت شده و سبب اقامه نماز مطرح شده است. همچنین در روایات آمده است: طلب روزى حلال را فرو مگذار که روزى حلال تو را در دین دارى کمک مى‏کند.

halal and tayyeb food in the traditions of the infallible imams (peace be upon them)

introduction: food safety and quality control ensure the preservation of desirable characteristics of food in the stages of production, transportation, processing, packaging and distribution, which leads to promoting healthy diets, reducing economic waste and encouraging trade in the region. it becomes international food. a healthy person is the axis of development and food is the most important factor in the health of people, therefore, since the beginning of civilized societies, the rulers paid a lot of attention to the health of food. no other religion has paid as much attention to nutrition as islam. according to the qur an and hadiths, food is halal and tayyeb when it is clean and pure and free of contamination from all material and spiritual aspects. the purpose of this study is to investigate the uses of the words tayyeb and halal in the visions of the infallible imams, peace be upon them, and in relation to food and nutrition.materials and methods: in this study, two narratives related to tayyeb were extracted and analyzed using noor al-anwar software.findings and conclusions: examining the narrations of the imams of the infallible imams, peace be upon them, shows that the word tayyab is used in various contexts, such as tayyeb meeting, tayyeb behavior, tayyeb mood, tayyeb smell, pure generation, tayyeb position, the direct path, tayyeb life, tayyeb reputation and purity of the original have been used. in the field of food, nutrition and foodis including such as wheat, figs, rutab, birds, etc. as tayyeb food, the need to travel to get tayyeb food, buying and selling tayyeb food, a tayyeb person as the owner of tayyeb food. tayyab food as a zakat paid food and the reason for offering prayers was mentioned. it is also stated in the hadiths: don t give up asking for halal sustenance, because halal sustenance will help you in your religiousness.
