غذای طیب از منظر قرآن

دین مبین اسلام به عنوان جامع ترین الگوی زیست بشری، تمام نیازهای انسان اعم از روحی، جسمی و . . . را مد نظر قرار داده و برای جنبه های گوناگون زنگی بشر دستورالعمل هایی مطابق با خیر و صلاح او تنظیم کرده است. از آنجا که خوردن یکی از نیازهای اولیه انسان است در آیات بسیاری از قرآن پیرامون تغذیه سالم و مرتبط با سلامت جسمی و روحی انسان نکاتی آمده است. در پژوهش حاضر با استخراج آیات مرتبط و بررسی دیدگاه های مفسرین و نیز با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی مشخص شد در قرآن دستوراتی مبنی بر چگونگی انتخاب غذا صادر شده است از جمله دستور به استفاده انحصاری از خوراکی های طیب و حلال. همچنین از تاکید آیات بر طیب بودن غذا، سوای حلیت آن می توان به این نکته رسید که هر غذای حلالی الزاما طیب نیست اما هر طیبی الزاما حلال است و نیز انسان تنها در موارد خاصی مجاز است از غذای غیر طیب استفاده کند که در آیاتی آن موارد تبیین شده است.

the religion of islam as the most comprehensive model of human life, all human needs including spiritual, physical and . . has taken into consideration and has set guidelines for various aspects of human nature according to his good and goodness. since eating is one of the basic human needs, many verses of the qur an contain hints about healthy eating and related to human physical and mental health. in the current research, by extracting related verses and examining the views of commentators, as well as by descriptive-analytical method, it was determined that there are orders in the qur an on how to choose food, including the order to exclusively use good and halal foods. also, from the emphasis of the verses on the goodness of food, apart from its halal, we can come to the point that every halal food is not necessarily good, but every good is necessarily halal, and a person is only allowed to use non-good food in certain cases. the verses of those cases have been explained.
